The hotel is very central and convenient to reach any point in manhattan. It is clean and the rooms are great with a fantastic view. Only small improvement points: the elevator is very busy at peak time and the breakfast area too small

Located in a great part of NYC, close to Whole Foods and other conveniences. Has a lovely workout room on the top floor and spectacular views of the city. Needing some upgrades to fix leaky bathroom shower door. Phone did not work except for speaker phone option in room. Coffee is terrible but breakfast is good.

Breakfast was included which was a real bonus, the hotel is modern, the rooms are a reasonable size and are well appointed. there is a gym on the top floor as well as a viewing terrace. Hyatt House has complimentary breakfast for all guests, and the bar serves food as well. The gym is on the top floor with views of the Empire State Building, and next to it, there is a nice outdoor terrace. The rooms are nice and big with nice working areas, and good size bathrooms. The rooms have plenty of storage and are well planned. An excellent choice for exploring the city! Read less
