I just left the Hyatt House, where I spent 4 nights over the holiday weekend. I could not have had a better stay. Check-in was smooth, my room was comfy and the location is outstanding, on the border of Chelsea, Times Square, Flatiron, Union Square and just 3 blocks from all major shopping. It was easy to get anywhere on the island via subway and taking the LIRR from JFK into Penn Station was the easiest transfer imaginable. The daily breakfast was wonderful and the team in the kitchen is so hardworking, especially Mabel, who went above and beyond for me on my first day when I missed breakfast by 5 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff who make this hotel great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend to all my friends. Read less

The hotel is clean, staff is helpful, and rooms are a good size and very well equipped for Manhattan at this price point. The neighborhood is charming and the surrounding area is full of good options for dining and entertainment while being convenient to the subway.

Everyone was very respectful, courteous and very helpful. Totally enjoyed our stay. Everything that we wanted to visit was very close by or easy to get to with revel or a taxi ride.
