Promising that coveted ‘loft living’ feel, Hyatt Centric Wall Street’s roomy rooms (starting at 345 square foot each) come with high ceilings, oversized panelled windows, and cool modern styling. As you’ll be tempted to ‘stay in’, they’ve thrown in complimentary WiFi. But you’re in Wall Street’s only hotel – so making the most of your surroundings is a must, even if you only make it as far as the hotel’s mezzanine floor for craft cocktails at Centric Bar & Grill, or its decadent buffet restaurant for American dishes and handcrafted cocktails.

Roaches

There were Roaches in the room. The room was dirty and old and it had mildew and water damage in the bathroom. The black shower tiles were filthy, i had to wear flip flops in the shower to feel comfortable. Dont stay here, its not worth the money.

Honestly very meh. The front desk staff at my check in was not super friendly but I guess that’s NYC for you. My biggest complaint is the heat control in the rooms. The room was uncomfortably hot. We were coming off 14 hours of plane travel and just wanted a good night sleep before we toured around the city the next day. Both my husband and I were woken out of a deep sleep due to the room being unbearably HOT. Luckily we were able to crack a window but NYC can be loud so that wasn’t ideal for a comfortable sleep. Not really impressed at all there should be ceiling fans, or proper room temperature controls. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as this is a very concerning issue.

My sister and I had a great stay here! The room was large and clean. Shower was quite nice. They had cookies out in the lobby at times and tea/coffee in the morning. Convenient location close to Staten Island Ferry and metro stations. Would recommend a stay here.
Great place to stay in the FiDi area of NYC!

Location is wonderful (easy access to multiple Metro stations), in the middle of a delightfully historic part of Manhattan--yet not as crazy touristy as other areas. Staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful. Rooms are stylishly decorated with nice toiletries.

Not much to say except it is just "meh." The heating/air system is poor, and the rooms are hot. It's not very convenient to get to coffee and the price is high. Service people are excellent though. Nice location, but you shouldn't just rely on your location for this price.
