We were there to celebrate my bday. Location was great. Easy to get to both China Town and Little Italy. Arrival: The room smelled awful and there was toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Missing towels and robe. Seems that someone was using the room prior to us getting there. I did notify the staff but nothing was done. This i didn’t expect at all… Read more

Missing towels and robe. Seems that someone was using the room prior to us getting there. I did notify the staff but nothing was done. This i didn’t expect at all especially for the price we paid. We also thought we were getting bfast daily but I guess that was my mistake for not double checking. Besides all that everything else went ok. Read less

We spent three nights in a room on the 20th floor facing Midtown. The view was breath-taking, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the 2nd Floor coffee lounge was a welcome perk.

Great location. Convenient. Friendly Staff. Comfortable rooms. Trendy scenary and amazing rooftop patio. Convenient to Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO and Lower East Side (and lower Manhattan), and not too far from Subway lines as well. Rooms are slightly larger than the average in NY..and everyone from front desk, bar, housekeeping are super nice.

Hotel staff was overly welcoming and accommodating! My friends and I were super impressed with the spacious suite and layout. The hotel photos you see online are not at all deceiving; our room was in great shape. I would definitely come back!

I am a frequent traveler, and have been traveling 30+ days a year for many years. This is easily the worst hotel stay of my life. By a mile. In brief: 1. Denied suite despite reservation. Blamed Hyatt central reservations and stuck three grown people (two over 6’) in two double beds. 2. We had made two reservations to accommodate (failed) suite upgrade, as they are only seven days long and we are staying eight days. Demanded we move to another double room after the first night for the second reservation. 3. Then demanded we move to a room with a single king bed three days later. I had not focused on room category when making the reservation as I was applying a suite upgrade that they did not honor. Reminder that we are three grown people, two over 6’. No compensation offered for any of this. On hold with Hyatt now. In all my years of travel I have never been treated so poorly. Who cares about my status. NO hotel guest should ever be treated this way. I will never darken these doors again and suggest you stay far away as well. It’s a fine hotel until something goes wrong, but when something does go wrong, it goes south hella fast. Read less
