The room was nice size and clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The only issue that had was not actually an issue, but a dislike. The bathrooom is very dark and has a back wall that is black. I would prefer better lighting to be able to see to do my makeup. Besides that, everything else was very nice. We even ate at the bar/restauraunt and the food and drinks were great. The bartenders and staff were exceptional.

Amazing experience. The team was the best of all. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help and guide. The hotel is perfect and the rooms have some incredible views of the city. Worth every penny.
It is perfectly located near Bryant Park subway and Grand Central.

The New York Andaz is centrally located. We walked to MoMA, Rockefeller Center, etc., and three theater shows. The staff is amicable and helpful and the hotel's restaurant food is excellent. The Andaz is the perfect place to stay in New York City.
mistake with the payment problem to refund money on the credit card

Be careful to give the credit card to this hotel.
Managers and staff cannot find the booking and at the check out the payment is more than what it was in the confirmation!!! Take with you the confirmation don´t leave before checking out and control the payment.
