The rooms have style, space and decor you WISH YOU HAD at your apartment. High ceilings huge bath with stunning red and black marble. The management always greets you before arrival and when you arrive. The Bar Down Under has a great jazz event the night we were there. Four awesome groups over 4 hrs just push elevator button “B”. This was our sixth stay and we reconfirmed our opinion that the breakfast is the best we have ever had. Artisan local sourced EVERYTHING from SUSTAINABLE LOCAL SOURCES. Fresh squeezed organic fruit/vegetables. Got detox with avocado, celery, kale and ginger. I got a breakfast bowl quinoa, chickpeas, baby kale, one egg my style (poached soft) and ordered side artisan pork sausage. My wife got an egg whites omelet with spinach, balsamic/vinaigrette organic greens (baby kale) fresh baked wheat bread toasted with strawberry marmalade and artisan grass fed butter. I had a cortado my wife a decaf americano served in Bodum double walked glass. Service attentive and informative. Every plate perfect temperature as served. See the photos. Divine! The bathrooms are well appointed with rainfall showers. Check in was easy and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. I was on the 5th floor facing the street and it was fairly quiet. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of coffee makers in the room. While they offer complimentary coffee in the lobby starting around 5am, it is not convenient to get dressed and go downstairs for a cup of coffee. Second, the workout facilities were cramped and very crowded in the morning. Lastly, the mattress was worn out and literally had an impression in it on the left side. The right side was better.
