Great location and with an early booking we got a good price, too. Elevators are always quick to catch, room was clean, and our only issue — a broken TV remote — was fixed within minutes. Very clean, our room (room 1806 Times Square corner room) was amazing and big. The bed was comfortable and then staff were top notch. I enjoyed working with Golden his customer service skills are excellent and was able to rectify an issue for me quickly! The location of the hotel is perfect and centrally located to everything! 10/10 recommend!

I would like to complement on the staff , mostly Golden and Wayne at the front desk . Hotel is super clean and service is very much efficient and welcoming Room - amazing view and very clean and friendly Breakfast- very tasty and clean , staff were very nice

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard Manhattan/Central Park two weeks ago. The location was great, the place was clean and the operations manager Jamie Bond and the staff were terrific. We were greeted with fresh scoops of ice cream every day around 4 pm. What a treat after a long day of touring! Jamie was engaging and sharing stories of his past with Marriott. It’s a great touch. We asked for extra towels and soap and someone was there within 5 minutes. I have been staying at Marriott properties for 25 years and I’m a titanium for life. Courtyards are not a luxury hotel, but we were here to sleep only. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a moderate priced hotel in the city with a great staff in a good location.
