Our stay at the Marriott was wonderful. Pet friendly, nice fitness center which we both used. Laundry facilities, which we didn't use this time, but may in the future. Starbucks onsite. Fabulous location with CVS and Duane's close by. Walking distance to Patsy's Italian Restaurant, Lincoln Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Next time, I would… Read more

Location of the hotel is really good, staff were attentive and helpful in reception. The bar was ok but not much in terms of selection of drinks. There isn’t a kettle in the room only a coffee maker which for the English is a must know!

The location was perfect for us. We were 5 mins from Central Park and Times Square, and still walking distance from the Rockefeller centre, Bryant Park and the Empire State. The exterior of the hotel and lobby are underwhelming, but that wasn’t important to us. The corner king room, overlooking Times Square was fantastic, the views courtesy of… Read more

The exterior of the hotel and lobby are underwhelming, but that wasn’t important to us. The corner king room, overlooking Times Square was fantastic, the views courtesy of the floor to ceiling windows were perfect to watch the city come to life every morning from the comfort of a great king bed. It’s not 5 star luxury, but for the location, value for money for a city centre hotel, and the views, we would stay again and recommend this hotel. Read less

I booked 6 months ago for this hotel.somehow my card was not accepted so instead of letting me know.or receiving an email.i got to the hotel.booking is still there.but they had gave the room to someone else because I didn't pay for it yet..so I go to pay for it and all staff members including the manager couldn't work out how to take money off a credit card.they only do cash or chipped EFTPOS card.then offered me a lower grade room and told me I had to pay caah for a king-size priced room for a queen sized room.because it was my fault the card wouldn't work and they were too busy to have me and my partner stay there. I walked to every other hotel on this street..they could all accept my card...they could take the payment straight away .total clowns down at the marriott.just because I booked a king room and was downgraded to a queen does not mean I have to pay for the room I booked, especially if I'm not staying in it and you guys stuffed up the booking.so I went to a 3 star hotel around the corner.100% better everything. Great location, great staff and nice room! Equally close to Central Park and Times Square, it’s a perfect Midtown location. Decent lounge & restaurant area, so-so food. Not much of a lobby, but upon occasion, has been known to host providing guests with free drinks and treats, which is a nice redeeming touch.
