This is an excellent option when visiting New York City. Just a few blocks from both Times Square and Central Park. This is wonderful hotel. Clean and well managed. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on all thing NYC. The jewel of this hotel is the 4th floor lobby. Not sure under non-corona conditions but currently it is open for drink and small bites on the weekend evenings and each morning for snacks, breakfast and Starbucks. Area is open 24 hours so a great place to relax and watch some tv after a busy day touring the city. Many subway stops within a block to take uptown or downtown. the rooms are tight but that is to be expected and not unusual for the city. I would highly recommend this hotel. Read less

We stayed two nights in a corner king room. It was perfect. Good size, nice view up Broadway, comfortable bedding, roomy bathroom, relaxing shower and I'm sure the tub was nice too. Very quiet and the hotel is located within easy walking distance to Times Square and Central Park which was perfect for us. Will definitely stay again.

Check in was super fast. Joseph was sweet. He checked me in and was super helpful explaining all the amenities of the hotel. Room was nice and clean. I was in the 30th floor and the views were amazing!! Hallways were quiet as well. Super short walk to Times Square and close to Hudson Yards. I’ll be staying here again.

I was on the top floor and had a great view of Times Square, which was nice. The AC worked really well, which was great since it was hot when I was there. The front desk service was incredibly nice and helpful. But the Wifi was very slow and the water pressure in the bathroom was not great - if someone in another room flushed a toilet or turned on a faucet, the water in my shower would turn off completely for a few seconds. This happened several times each time I took a shower. But overall, this is a good budget hotel. Read less

Excellent location close to Central Park and theaters (once they open) - short walk to the 5th Ave shopping - several very good restaurants in walking distance. Check in and check out were seamless - room was on the smaller side but spotless and well appointed and well maintained - comfortable bed and power shower - shower gel was really a nice touch, I haven’t seen it in mid class hotels for ages - abundance of plush towels. View from the room was priceless. Room was serviced during our stay and that was really a pleasant surprise considering the lack of service in hotels we stayed in past 12 months. Those guys are back to normal and they want you to experience that. Definitely would come back and recommend this property to anyone that is looking for good hotel in the South Central Park location at reasonable price. Read less
