Had to do business near this hotel. Stayed here to get an early start, friendly front desk agent. Quiet, spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and great view. Will recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel design is nice and updated. The room that they gave me was big and comfortable. The heat/ac unit was a little bit loud and they need to give more bedding sheets for the sofa bed. Doing check in was horrible. I did it through Expedia and they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed them the confirmation, but that didn’t help and the lady opted that I had to call Expedia to resolve the problem because it looked like she didn’t want to waste the time with me. Thankfully another lady resolved that fast and easy and gave all the information to the lady that was tired of helping me. I reserved a room with a view, well the view was a rooftop of another building. I don’t know if they do that to every person that reserves from a third party. Breakfast area: I didn’t order anything because their menu didn’t offer a full American breakfast. It was mainly sandwiches. I have to say that the cleaning service staff was very cordial. Read less

Few details they need to work on. This place is a great value and an excellent location central to midtown but out of the major touristy area. Make sure you pack earplugs, because if your in the middle floors the elevator shaft noise is extremely loud as the lower elevator terminates , and the counter balancing mechanisms are across the hall and quite loud all night. Our room was in need of freshening up when we checked in, so we asked the house keeping staff to vacuum the sofa bed, and she quickly helped. However, the sofa bed was missing sheets and blankets and pillows (which are typically stored in the closet, but not on this visit). We called down to the front desk to ask for them. After 20 minutes we called again, and nobody knew about the original request and said they’d check on it. After another 20 minutes we called again. Yet another person who had no idea about the original request or re-request. Another 25 minutes and someone shows up with blankets, no sheets. I am a Platinum Elite, so I’ve been to the rodeo. Just a complete lack of communication and accountability. I also accidentally left my prescription sunglasses in the room (I think) and didn’t realize it until I was half way home. After several calls I just gave up. No sense of urgency or empathy in helping me find them. It was 100% my fault for being forgetful, agreed. But, zero hep from anyone involved, and everyone I spoke to just didn’t really care to even lift a finger to try to help. There are many other properties in this area that are equally convenient and reasonably priced that you should investigate before booking here. Read less

The hotel is centrally situated and has everything you may need nearby. Our room was spacious with daily cleaning. The staff was polite and helpful every time we needed it. I would happily stay again!
