My wife and I stayed there for the holidays we had a wonderful time. Our room was very tidy, and the supervisor came in to check also. The view of the city was magnificent at night. The staff are all amazing but there is one I would like to elaborate on for a min because she brought tears to my eyes. *thecla*I saw her walking in the hallway and ask if I could get some tea for my wife she is not feeling good. With her beautiful smile she said ok and told me she would be right back. A few mins later that young lady came back with a hot cup of lemon tea, some honey, sugar and an apple. I thanked her gave her $5 which she refused. I ask what’s your name she showed me her name tag is said Thecla, I ask are you not allowed to accept tips here. Her response was just great 😎 she said my job is to ensure all my guest are comfortable and happy I’m already getting paid. The next day a knock on the door it was the young lady checking up on us. TO HAVE WONDERFUL PEOPLE LIKE THAT WORKING I WOULD TRULY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THECLA. *thank you* See you soon!! Read less

The facility is very clean the room was an upgrade to a high floor room with 2 king beds so large for a NYC hotel room. It was a handi room but we loved all of the space. The breakfast included in the rate was standard fare for this Marriott brand. The addition of the meatless “sausage” was a nice touch. Location was behindMadison Square Garden and across from Penn Station. Overall this was a place we would choose again in the future Read less

The staff are friendly and Andrew the concierge is knowledgeable. Bed was big and comfy and we had a quiet room on 12th floor. Perfect position for sight seeing - right next to Madison square and just along from Times Square etc. Breakfast is simple but plentiful.

Very good breakfast, spacious room, which was clean. The room was big enough for a family of four people and it is very good located close to pennstation and a lot of tourist attractions and shops, which one can walk to.

My wife needs a tub which they were unable to supply first time round but they promised they would do so the next time she visited, (I have the emails from them). They didn't do so. Don't you hate it when hotels lie to your face?? One other BIG point. There is no lobby bar or indeed any other bar facility in winter. This hotel needs to be downgraded to a two star+ IMHO. Read less
