Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt my self very welcome for the whole weekend. Super comfty beds and nicely decorated rooms. Location is right next to Grand Central and subway. Area gets surprisingly quiet at nights. I would definetly stay again and recommend to my friends.

I don’t ever consider staying elsewhere when I’m in New York. Hotels.com say the regular price was $399 and I got it for $150 (not counting fees and taxes) in September. The room was small but just what I needed for myself for one night. It was very clean. The room had windows but faced other buildings--not a problem because I was only there at night and I couldn't hear traffic. The only problem was the ventilation--there wasn't a thermostat and the fan ran continuously. The room had a coffee maker, TV, ironing board, and hairdryer. No refrigerator. The hotel staff were very nice and asked if I needed to have them hold luggage when I was checking out. Read less

This is a consistently pleasant hotel experience. I’ve stayed at the Firzpatrick Grand Central several times and have never been disappointed with the experience. The staff are helpful, the other guests pleasant, etc.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I had a studio room and although I have heard the rooms in NYC are little, I had a very spacious room. The concierge was very accommodating, I don’t drink coffee so a teapot was delivered to my room. This is the second year of staying here. Love this hotel.
