The hotel

Excellent location! Would definitely recommend! We stayed here during feb 2024 as an extended family consisting of son, husband, wife and parents. All party members had only positive things to say about the hotel and would stay here again. Excellent location! Would definitely recommend! We stayed here during feb 2024 as an extended family consisting of son, husband, wife and parents. All party members had only positive things to say about the hotel and would stay here again. The location is just off Times Square and there is a subway station just a stones throw from the hotel. Breakfast was simple, but everyone found something to eat and all enjoyed making our own waffles. Seating is limited so worth being down early to get a table. Rooms are of adequate size with a tidy size bathroom. Beds were comfortable, we all slept soundly but that could also be a consequence of walking around nyc all day and night!! We could see the edge platform from our room which was cool apart from when it snowed and we could not see it at all!! Only concern we ever had was every evening there was a congregation of men who would loiter around, would perhaps feel little uncomfortable if I wasn’t with the men in my family. Police presence were often seen which was reassuring. Overall, I would most definitely recommend this hotel for the location and the added bonus of breakfast and no resort fees!!! Read less

This hotel is conveniently located for seeing a Broadway show. There are many good restaurants nearby. I am submitting this review because Ashley at the front desk on 8/20/24 was very kind and handled my booking error so that my son and I had a comfortable night. We really appreciate her efforts!

I was amazed to find this hotel at such a reasonable price in this area. It’s a gem. Everyone on the staff was extremely patient and helpful, from the moment we checked in to the moment they put our bags in the car they arranged to take us to the airport. It was an incredibly hot couple of days, but the temp in the lobby and our room perfect and though it was busy the staff kept their cool. Security was great, everything was clean, and even though we had a room near the elevator we didn’t hear a thing from the hallway until housekeeping came by late morning. We came in to see a Broadway show and a tiny bit of site seeing, and this was the perfect location, too. This will be our go to hotel in the city from now on. Read less

Location: central to Times Square, great if this is the location you’re after. If you’re looking for something quiet, this isn’t for you. Hotel felt secure, and this is no reflection on the hotel, but to be honest, when we first arrived late at night, we were a little unsettled by the amount of blokes stood around on the street to the side of the hotel. The hotel has a security guard on the door, and can only be accessed via key card. The hotel was clean and functional, the staff friendly and helpful and complimentary coffee in the lobby all day. Room was cramped and beds could be bigger, and had noise from the yard outside. Breakfast was included which was a buffet. Limited but fresh and served on plastic plates and cutlery;( The biggest negative about this hotel, is unfortunately the guests. Impatient and rude, who, just like everyone else, are staying there for a central location with breakfast thrown in. Yes there’s only 3 lifts which causes a queue, and yes, breakfast is busy. But a little grace, and courtesy would go a long way. Overall this is a functional, clean hotel in a popular location. Read less

Great location in Times Square. Excellent service and rooms are clean. Hotel staff is very friendly staff. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast and coffee all day. Thanks to Lynn Ali and Joseph for all of the help. Will definitely visit again.
