This was a lovely hotel! The staff were what made it incredibly special. Joseph the bellman went above and beyond to provide great service. After we had to check out he held our bags, gave us water bottles and let us use the restroom when we came to retrieve our bags. The staff at the breakfast were also super friendly, I can’t wait to stay here… Read more

I recently took a business meeting to NYC and used the hotel. The location is amazing if you are looking to be right in the heart of things. It was so easy for us to move around the city, and with most of my people never having been to NYC before, it was easy for them to make their way back. I personally didn't eat breakfast, but appreciated that… Read more

It was so easy for us to move around the city, and with most of my people never having been to NYC before, it was easy for them to make their way back. I personally didn't eat breakfast, but appreciated that it was included in the room rate. We were able to bypass it with our check in time, but there were lots of people dropping off and picking bags ups between 1-4 so just be aware of that and add some time. Read less

I would give this a 4.5 because the only issue we had was the elevator. The rooms were clean and anytime we requested something we had it in under five minutes. The breakfast crew was amazing. This was the perfect hotel for our quick 5 day stay in NYC. Although, I've been to NY many times this was my wife's and kids first time. What a hotel to stay in, from the moment we checked in with Jenny and Fernando, who were very nice, outgoing, polite, professional and funny, to Eddie the Bellman who brought up our bags. Eddie made my kids feel welcome by letting them pick their own toys from the "Treasure Chest" behind the counter. I knew we picked the right hotel. Besides being within walking distance to Times Square and the Empire State Building, it was the ideal location for all that NYC has to offer. There are a ton of eating options from your mundane Corporate restaurants like Red Lobster and Applebees to your NYC only Carnegie Pizza and Le Pecora Italian Restaurant across from Bryant Park. The rooms were nice and neat, we did have a slight issue but Fernando and the maintenance guy fixed it ASAP. The breakfast area was awesome, so much food and variety for anybody's taste. They had make it yourself fresh waffles, to toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt to fresh made eggs, potatoes, and sausages. You really had plenty to choose from. Fatima, Zakiyah, Ray and Jorge were unbelievable. Fatima especially went out of her way to make sure you felt welcome, which we all did. Great staff all around. The only thing is that the rooms are small, so 3 big adults is the max for your comfort, but that's with all the hotels in NYC. They are small and only offer double beds and not queen size bids, because the queen size beds won't fit. We had 2 small kids under 6 and 2 adults so it was perfect. If we ever want to stay in the theatre district again, we will definitely choose this location for sure for it's location and such friendly staff. Read less

This location is a perfect time square hotel and garment district. The staff is not pleased to be servicing customers. They do not want to help or answer questions. Who knew that after 10:00 in NYC there would be no support staff.
