Classic King Rooms with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. Classic Queen Rooms with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 
Superior King Rooms have Midtown Manhattan city views and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. Superior Balcony Rooms have East River views and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Beautiful place friendly staff. Located perfectly what I was looking for. Rooms were not too big but very comfortable and very clean.

From check-in to check out, every single person who we came in contact with that worked at the Hard Rock Hotel was amazing! Everybody was so welcoming and friendly. They were so willing to help you with anything you needed. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to go back again someday!

Hard Rock Hotel New York is a very fun hotel with a great music vibe. Lots of little details that really immerse you in the music theme made for a fun weekend. Hard Rock Hotel New York is a very fun hotel with a great music vibe. Lots of little details that really immerse you in the music theme made for a fun weekend. It is about half a block away from Times Square, and had a great central location to get to many of the sights in New York City. The rooms were a bit smaller but typical for a NYC hotel. They were very clean and modern, and the in-room amenities were nice (including a robe!). We went to the rooftop bar, and I felt like we were a bit put in a corner because we had some older people in our group (the rooftop was full of young people, and we were only given an option for an indoor table in a corner, like we weren't the right fit for outside). My biggest complaint was the $40 a night "destination fee". I know that most hotels are doing these resort fees, but you really don't get anything for it so it's just a hidden cost. This left me with a sour taste in my mouth upon checkout. Outside of that though, we had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the bell staff arranging a car service back to the airport at the end of the trip. They were awesome. Read less

Milton was the most lovely and friendly waiter we had our entire trip to NYC! He was so personable and really made our morning. The eggs Benedict and salmon bagel were delicious. Charcuterie board was not great, could have used cheese and different bread/crackers. Amazing staff though! Props to Milton for giving his job his all!

Location is amazing, staff so lovely and helpful, the rooms are clean and modern. Amazing room service, we loved this hotel !
