Apart from poor TV channel set-up (an unusual mix of local over-the-air digital channels and randomly available cable channels not matching the room TV menu) and outdated, non-brand remote control for the installed TV, the rest of the hotel services, breakfast, room layout, bedding, etc., rated the 5 stars I gave. Had I spent more time in the room, the TV situation would have downgraded the rating. Read less

Staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our questions. Breakfast was a good start to the day. It was a good location. Thank you for all of your help. We appreciate the kindness. Decent restaurants and stores nearby. Near Timesquare.

The staff at the front desk was so sweet! I was there for work and pleasure. They asked how work was in the evening and told us to have a great day each day! Very sweet and attentive. We were there for a full week and the room was kept very clean with more than enough clean towels, etc.

Amazing super friendly staff, very good breakfast, clean rooms, very good service, I’ve been in NY many times, I stayed at Marriott, Embassy Hilton and this one is my favorite so far! Definitely recommend this hotel, plus amazing location in the middle of Manhattan easily you may Walt to almost everywhere

The location, breakfast and rooms were great. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet oasis amid the chaos that is Manhattan! We were steps away from Bryant Park, whole foods and several fast food and dine in restaurants. Loved our stay!
