Clean hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was sufficient considering New York standards, they have takeaway bags as there isn't always enough seating. Free water bottles included throughout the stay, just ask reception if you need more. Would stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. My room was surprisingly quiet for being downtown Manhattan. Breakfast was nice; the staff was friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a convenient location in midtown manhattan

Very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was much nicer than expected with fresh bacon and little cheese omelets, fresh fruit, etc. . Need pins or clips for drapes as a lot of light coming thru gaps. Streets are noisy, but it's New York, lol.

The location was the key factor for this business trip. We will definitely choose this location again in the future. The staff were super friendly and having breakfast included was a great deal. The fitness room has everything you need for a quick workout.

In our opinion you will be hard pressed to find better value for money if you are on a budget, but still want to stay in Midtown Manhattan, with breakfast also included in the price.

In our opinion you will be hard pressed to find better value for money if you are on a budget, but still want to stay in Midtown Manhattan, with breakfast also included in the price.
Location was perfect for us to explore. Within a 10 minute or so walking radius we had Times Square, Empire State Building, Bryant Park (what a lovely park!), Penn Station.
Herald Square subway station is just around the corner, putting both Downtown & Uptown within easy reach & it was a 30 minute journey to the Yankees Stadium. Herald Square is also such a lovely little triangle of calm for a coffee.
The hotel is small by NY standards, just 19 stories, so did not feel overwhelmed & we never had to wait long for the elevator.
Our room was cosy but perfect for us as a family of 4 on a budget, with 2 double beds.
The free breakfast buffet was fine. We had everything we could have wanted & the team there are friendly & run it very efficiently. We always ate early so had no issues finding a table & we always ate well.
The front desk team was great & always happy to help.
Once again, we think this hotel is perfect for those on a budget who want to be based amid the hustle, bustle & bright lights in the centre of town.
