Location can't be beat within walking distance to most major attractions. Grab and Go was more than adequate for breakfast. Staff was friendly and responsive to concerns. Wifi was a bit intermittent but for the most part good. Had a problem with heat but it was quickly resolved. Very responsive front desk.

This was our 2nd stay at The Edison this year, April being the 1st time we ever stayed here. I specifically love the location for our theatre trips because it’s so close and we see several shows. Nice to have daily housekeeping as well. Very comfortable bed! This is now my go-to hotel for theater trips! Read less

The real winner is the location. On check in we were asked for a $300 security deposit. I gave my card and a hold for that amount was put on the card. After checkout my card was charged $183.60. There is absolutely no reason why we should be charged anything. We left the room in perfect condition..... I have mailed the hotels 2 email addresses on the website multiple times. I got a reply to the first mail asking for confirmation of the booking ref and evey mail since has been Ignored. The appalling customer service and lack of respect for a repeat customer is shocking. I would not return to this hotel again and would warn others to beware of the deposit scam. Such a pity to have to leave a bad review because they refuse to communicate with their customers. Read less
