Good location near Times Square and subway stations. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back.

Nice hotel, as expected. Good size room. Quiet. Keypad replacement happened during our stay necessitating a trip down to desk to get a new key card, but a minor inconvenience.

We were given a corner toon overlooking Times Square on 35th floor. The room was perfect. The biggest bed and softest in a hotel. Staff were helpful when we spoke to. We stayed on the 49th floor and had a great view. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was great. Housekeeping was quick to bring us more pillows.

The location was close to times square, the room was clean. There is no lobby or quality space for customers to meet and lounge. I found it overpriced for what I received.
