Ahmed from the front desk checked us in and he was professional and very friendly. I also was greeted by the housekeeping lady from the floor I was staying and asked if I needed anything to let her know. Last but not least when I dialed “0” from the room for a requests I was greeted by Robin. She was wonderful. I recommend staying at this property. The staff treat you like family. Thanks again. Not a 5 star hotel. Hotel wildly underperforms expectations of a five star hotel. Morning breakfast buffet for $38 is nothing more than a step above a continental breakfast. Premade scrambled eggs, bacon burnt to a crisp. Such a disappointment and got sick of this after my 2nd day. Rooms are beat up and have numerous issues. I booked a corner… Read more
