Went to the bar at the Intercontinental, served by Eddie, truly excellent service. Really nice guy, couldn't recommend high enough. Lovely ambience and atmospheric, with a good selection of cocktails and drinks. Would come again to this bar.

Great stay at the InterContinental New York Times Square! The staff was great, and the location was convenient. A huge shoutout to Bert, the bellman, who offered us unparalleled service and helped us with everything we needed! He is a gem. We will definitely return.

While located in the heart of Times Square, this hotel provides a safe breathing space to get out of the hustle and bustle. Service was quite good, check-in easy, and our room was delightful, given the typically small spaces in NYC. We have a tasty lunch there, but don't expect it to be quick. We asked if it could be speeded as we had an event to go to, but our server told us the food comes from somewhere else and it is ticketed in a certain order--not quite the response i had hoped for at Intercontinental. We were given coupons for a free drink, but it had to be used by midnight the same day, rather than the next day when we would have had more time. In the end, we couldn't use it because of show times. Read less

Small hotel in Times Square .. I felt not worth to be called InterContinental Hotel, a luxury hotel. Laundry got messed up with other guest, definitely need renovation, especially the room. Very small room, with worn out furniture and pain. The staff were also not friendly, even to an Ambassador Diamond Elite Member.
