They even had organic coffees for the Keurig (that was a super plus from me)! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they made it a point to acknowledge you and were super friendly EVERY time you were in their presence!! Housekeeping did a phenomenal job as well! The rooftop bar had a view that was breathtaking!! The hotel was centrally located and was within walking distance to pretty much everything! If ever in NYC again, this will be our go to spot!! Loved every second of the stay! Read less

It’s a very good hotel, clean and close to so many touristic places. The restroom is also big and modern. The hotel will change its name very soon to KIXBY. They are renovating everything here! No resort fee resort.

What a lovely hotel, ideally located go exploring Manhattan, rooms all recently renovated to a good standard. Our room was small but ample and very comfortable (it’s NYC, enjoy the city, the bedroom is irrelevant) the barroom was great with a waterfall shower, fridge with complimentary soft drinks and water. Although the roof terrace was closed for the season when we arrived you could still go up to have a look and bring a drink up from the bar. You are literally in the shadow of the Empire State Building. Will definitely stay here again.. Read less

I stayed here for 4 nights and the entire stay was excellent. It is located minutes away from subway/metro and walking distance to 5th and 6th Avenues and all attractions. Good sized, comfortable rooms and despite being on a busy street I didn't notice any noise. Also a shout out to the adjoining Black Tap restaurant - fantastic food.
