Travelled with friends to celebrate my birthday. Quick check in like any other Marriott thanks to being a Marriott Bon Voy member. Courteous staff members but felt impersonal. They probably just too busy since the hotel was packed. Accessible to Broadway and Time Square. Spectacular view of Manhattan.

The views from the room of time square where amazing, everything is right on your doorstep when staying here. The front desk staff where helpful and the elevator modernization program was working well. The concierge lounge was operating restricted hours over thanksgiving, so breakfast was served in a ballroom. A new go to hotel in Manhattan

I would have rated 5 stars except for the fact that a sweater was stolen out of one of our rooms and management did nothing about it. Location and rooms were top notch. Very clean. Elevator system was great!

The property is in a good location, but it is starting to look old. Rooms and hotel were clean. Front desk less than pleasant. Titanium Elite status meant nothing here. No recognition at check-in after a long wait in line. Lounge is not open on weekends. No upgrade (although upgraded rooms available on website). No breakfast credit. Worse - There… Read more

No recognition at check-in after a long wait in line. Lounge is not open on weekends. No upgrade (although upgraded rooms available on website). No breakfast credit. Worse - There is a $30 resort fee for items that are supposed to be free for Elite members - WiFi & breakfast credit. Could not use the breakfast credit due to a 60-minute wait for a table at breakfast. Room overlooked a side street of roofs. Disappointing. Read less

I was traveling to NY with my mom for her 70th birthday. Overall, I would say it’s the best NY city hotel I have stayed at. Pros - location - room size - Juniors just right outside (I’m a cheesecake addict) Cons - the only con I had was re security not monitoring who was outside the entrance to the hotel. I was fine but I can see how it… Read more

Pros - location - room size - Juniors just right outside (I’m a cheesecake addict) Cons - the only con I had was re security not monitoring who was outside the entrance to the hotel. I was fine but I can see how it would be intimidating for others. I will def be staying here again Read less
