This is our second day at the Hilton Midtown. We are here until Sunday but I just couldn’t wait to do this review. I am a lifetime Hilton Diamond member so I have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels. This hotel has to be one of the worst ones I have ever stayed at. Checking in took over a half hour which I can understand being busy but two clerks just sat at the desk and didn’t wait on anybody. The clerks that the were assigned to help Hilton Honors customers register started helping people in the general line and ignored us. Once we got to the room problems really started. The windows are dirty with one window with a broken seal so you can’t see out. The ac was at 60 degrees and couldn’t be changed. The toilet kept running all night. I went to the front desk several times to complain and during one of my visits the clerk canceled my room keys, luckily my wife was in the room and let me in. The $35 dollar voucher for food is a joke because everything is so expensive. The bathroom is tiny. The entire hotel needs a major overhaul. Read less

The hotel is not bad but I would not recommend as a tourist hotel. The rooms look nothing like the images shown, the front desk lines are always incredibly long all day, the entire hotel feels packed and rushed with little comfort in mind. The entire hotel feels like a busy factory. The staff are nice but they are always in a rush with everything.… Read more

Sharon at the executive lounge is super awesome and kind and welcoming every single day. She will definitely brighten up your day and is always pleasant to see. It’s nice to have that touch of positivity and happiness every morning when I’m getting my coffee and my breakfast.
