The nearest subway station (7th Avenue) is a 4-minute walk, and the hotel is surrounded by public transport options. Transfer time from John F Kennedy International Airport: 40 minutes.

Two Doubles / 1 King Urban Rooms feature modern design, with 37" HDTV and 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two Doubles / 1 King City Rooms feature NYC views from large windows, additional space, in-room refrigerator and 55-inch HDTV. 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Two Doubles / 1 King Skyline Rooms feature iconic cityscape views from a higher floor, 55" HDTV and 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Premier Corner Rooms feature additional space, two large windows with corner views, 55" HDTV and a large desk, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Executive Suites are spacious and stylish, located on high floors with 50-inch HDTV, bathrobe, and access to the Executive Lounge (with complimentary continental breakfast, all-day coffee/tea service and hors d'oeuvres) with a living area, 1 sofa bed and 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

Presidential Corner Suites have sweeping corner views from the 40th floor, overlooking 6th avenue. There is a large dining area, small guest kitchen, and bar with ample space for entertaining, as well as a separate sitting room. This room also provides access to the Executive Lounge. The bedroom contains 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Herb N' Kitchen (concept restaurant featuring seasonal salads, sandwiches, pizzas. Barista zone for specialty coffees to enjoy in the restaurant or on the go. I really love the level of service displayed by the staff. I was in town for business and the location was perfect. The beds are very comfortable , I slept really well. I enjoyed the restaurant so I had no need to dine out. This is in my top 3 of ny hotels. well definitely return.

The Hilton club is in a great location. It is in walking distance to most attractions in Manhattan. The room was perfect for two and was very clean. We will definitely be staying at the Hilton Club again.

Sharon rocks the executive lounge and always has a smile on her face! Look forward to seeing her on my monthly trips! Always has a smile on her face, remembers me, and genuinely a kind individual. Service is exceptional and takes care of all her guests for a great experience!

No one came for more than an hour so I called customer service again. Same lady answered apologized and said someone is coming. Fighting to stay awake to wait for the sheets no came after 30 min. All I wanted was sheets for the sofa bed. Simple ask, right? I requested for sheets from the lady from customer service and waited and waited. No one came for more than an hour so I called customer service again. Same lady answered apologized and said someone is coming. Fighting to stay awake to wait for the sheets no came after 30 min. Called again. This time a different voice. I told him the situation. This guy barely listened me and talked over me. He didn’t even want to hear me out! This made me even more angry. His reply was simply: “Well ma’am there’s lots of people asking for different things. I’ll transfer you to the manager.” He said this without even trying to understand. The manager never answered. So called again. This time the same lady’s voice from first call answered. She apologized and said someone will come. Finally someone came. Almost 2 hours waiting for sheets! So tired and angry. I’m a Gold Member and certainly I don’t feel like one based on how customer service is at Hilton Midtown. I would not recommend staying here. Go somewhere else. Read less
