Pros: Good location for tourist-y stuff. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Cons: Room was freezing, no temp control available in room. Blinds didn't work, billboard across the street. Room service walked in while we were still asleep at 9:30am, weird.

Scam! I stayed two days in a hotel which is a scam. They gave me the worst room in the hotel. The bed is uncomfortable. The curtain did not work. The shower was boiling and impossible to fix. The staff on the phone before we arrived were totally disrespectful. We were charged over $500 for allegedly smoking in the room. We do not smoke! Run away… Read more

The hotel location is amazing, on time square yet we were not disturbed by noise during the night! The rooms are however small, clean and tidy, fresh bedding and towels everyday, all of the staff were very helpful and polite, their is a safe in the room but it’s not bolted down to anything, the only things for us that would have made the stay a little better would have been a wardrobe (we were there a week, felt like we had clothes all over the place and tea/coffee in the room. Only minor things but would have made the stay a 5+ for us, Another benefit for the hotel was that you can not get upstairs to the rooms without your keycard, as you need this to operate the lift, big bonus safety wise. The hotel is having work done, there was dust marks in areas such as the lifts but overall the place was spotless, We would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Read less

Great price and location. We stayed three nights the room was clean and I had the best nights sleep ever. Staff friendly. Highly recommend this hotel, no tea or coffee in room, but we got coffees from dunkin doughnuts just across the road.
