Don’t believe the reviews not too sure what they are on about. Air con in the room was bliss, the shower was really good. No noise. Yes the lift was small but some people need get a grip and work around it. Would most definitely stay here again! Read less

Excellent staff from the front desk to the man storing our luggage before we could check in. Room cleaned every day(we stayed four nights). Lobby is kinda cool and comfy and great air conditioning. Our room had a nice sized bathroom and also a closet. It was small but-queen sized beds with comfy bedding. AC is noisy but super cold. Elevator is small but four of us with large luggage fit and we rarely had to wait. Water pressure was good enough and we had plenty of hot water. Dunkin Donuts is across the street and Starbucks the other way as well as all of Times Square! We did have to ask for more towels-there were 4 of us-but no problem. Appreciated the ear plugs and some snacks in the room. Recommended! I’ll stay here again. Read less

First got to our room at the hotel an walked in to nasty sweaty smell, very unpleasant, never gave us enough towels. The bed was falling apart creaking and rattling any tiny movement. The walls were thin. The bed was very uncomfortable. The water was weak. The room is very small. The restaurant was under reservation. The walls were very thin. The pillows were super uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep.

Do not stay here. Unexpected smoking fee, twice, after checking out and we both don’t smoke. No response from the hotel. Multiple reviews stating this issue!! Good location but you end up paying double the price in unexpected smoking fees once you have left.
