We always look to stay in SLHs worldwide and this one did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone; with or without pets. The staff were absolutely lovely and the rooftop had amazing views as well! Read less

Everyone was exceptionally nice. Very clean hotel and great food on the rooftop. Easy parking across the street if your driving in. Make sure to eat on the enclosed rooftop, food arrived quickly and it was well prepared

So I fell in love with their house slippers and couldn't think about a better gift for my dinner party. I called up to the hotel and just like clockwork they took care of me. Not only did i get the slippers on time for my party I was also offered refund for extra items sent. Great service overall. Please ask for Aziza, she solves World Hunger.

Our experience checking into Refinery was amazing! Tyler got us set up and we loved him. We were so grateful for the bottle of wine to celebrate our 9 year anniversary!. We got our room upgraded wutg a view. When we got to our roomie we were a bit disappointed that it was a handicap room, but we tried to look pass that. The room was so clean which was very nice. the art and furnishings were a beautiful touch. If you know anything Le Labo, all of the soap, shampoo and conditioner is from them!! Santal 33 is my favorite sent so that was a plus!! The mini bar offerings were great, we didn't use them but it was a great selection of spirits. The snacks in the room were not what was on the menu. Either someone forgot to stock it or the menu needs updating. The bathroom ceiling paint/dry wall in the room needs some attention. its seems to be peeling in some areas. The ice machine on the floor was not working, that could have been due to covid but would have been nice to have some ice or just a sign that says no ice/out of order. Also, the phones in our room did not work. I wanted to call down to the front office but every time I had to take the elevator. On the first night we went to the Roof Top for drinks and dinner. The menu looked good but being vegan there were no options other than French fries from what I could see. But all in all, the decor and aesthetics of The Roof Top were amazing the drinks were great.
