Location, location, location, location! Unbelievably the best location you can ask for. Exactly at the famous stairs in Times square. Walking distance to all the shopping streets (Broadway, 5th). Stay here if you want to be in the center of Times Square. You’ll find yourself next door to the M&M Store and across from the Hershey store. Our room was larger than other hotel rooms in NYC. There are few amenities at the hotel, but honestly you don't need them with this incredibly excellent location. The housekeeping manager and housekeeping staff, as well as the front desk staff, were all accommodating and provided positive experiences for us. We read the other reviews of this hotel and found that our experience exceeded expectations! Read less

Very nice hotel, friendly staff at entrance and valet area. Concierge Matthew extremely accessible, helpful and thorough. As platinum elite member, I appreciated the included breakfast buffet, as well as welcome-appetizer which we enjoyed carryout-style after returning from our evening on Broadway.

The best hotel experience I have had in New York City! The staff here is next level! Like they genuinely appreciate you being there and are so helpful and friendly. Room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The lounge offers and amazing view of Time Square. Cocktails and appetizers are fantastic!

Located in the middle of Times Square. Close to everything uptown and easy access to the subway. Close to shows, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are super clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, nice beds and big bathroom. Amazing stay!!!
