Stayed during Christmas break. Location is great, breakfast leaves much to be desired. Average room so I rate this as a three star hotel. Does the job if you need a reasonably priced room in NYC but don’t expect five star service. It’s an average hotel.

So I came out from AZ to visit my wife who is currently working as a crisis nurse until July and wanted to get a nice hotel room to enjoy outside of her tiny studio and loved everything about this hotel and chose it. Many hotels were closed so this was my favorite option of the ones they were open (during the covid crisis) I had messaged the hotel manager sharing our story and Monet was vert friendly and helpful and even moved us into one of the most beautiful rooms that have a balcony looking over iconic Times Square. Between the bed, shower and fake grass on the patio it was the best. Going to get food and enjoy it while on the balcony is probably one of the most relaxing experiences we have ever had. I can’t imagine how much fun these rooms would be for the NYE holiday and when the world is normal again. The hotel was very clean and the front desk lady, I believe the manager on duty, and the security guard always made us feel safe and welcomed. They explained things may get rowdy outside from the protests and gave us a walk through of what to do in case we can’t use the front door. So much respect and appreciation for them! Will definitely be back to enjoy this hotel in the future! Read less

Great boutique hotel located very well in time square. Good size rooms and it’s worth staying for breakfast alone with the great view out over Time Square from the restaurant. We had a disappointing view from our room but I should imagine some are spectacular. I would give 5 stars but was disappointed to receive no recognition or room upgrade as a Marriott platinum member. Was told the hotel was full despite there being many rooms showing available on the Marriott website. Overall a good hotel to pick and a great way to get away from some of the larger hotels with the hustle & bustle. Read less

Excellent location. Right in the heart of Times Square- which can be a problem with the noise. We were lucky enough to get a room on the higher floors and hence noise was not an issue. Excellent location. Right in the heart of Times Square- which can be a problem with the noise. We were lucky enough to get a room on the higher floors and hence noise was not an issue. We had a king size bed. Room was quite large by NY standards. Breakfast was not included but then you can use your $30 voucher- this will cover only one breakfast. Your partner has to pay and the hotel has the stupid rule of not being able to accumulate your vouchers over successive days.. sounds like a money making racket to me. Showers are good. There is a coffee maker in the rooms but no spoons. The gym was good but then Central Park is 900 m down 7th Avenue. Nice touch having fresh apple daily. Read less
