My favorite part of the room was definitely the bathroom area. It was more spacious compared to other hotels, and the bathtub was larger as well, which was fantastic. My favorite part of the room was definitely the bathroom area. It was more spacious compared to other hotels, and the bathtub was larger as well, which was fantastic. Although you need to take two elevators, I felt secure in terms of safety. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business. The only downside was that my room was next to the entrance used by the cleaning staff, which resulted in frequent loud noises. Other than that, I was very satisfied! Read less

The hotel is in a great spot in the middle of it all. The rooms were a good size and getting around the property was easy. There’s valet parking available which was convenient. The hotel is in a great spot in the middle of it all. The rooms were a good size and getting around the property was easy. There’s valet parking available which was convenient. The hotel has a lounge and restaurant that’s convenient. Everyone we encountered staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have a few criticisms starting with the parking. I had to double park since there was a sightseeing bus in the valet zone and we had to go inside to find a valet while leaving the car unoccupied on the street. I was charged for an oversized vehicle (SUV) however 3 times I stated at the Marriott Marquis, also a Bonvoy property with the same parking fees, it was not considered oversized. Not a huge issue but consistently would be nice. Finally, the trash in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied. Normally this wouldn’t be too bad except the can contained a used sanitary napkin. Aside of the trash can everything else was minor and this hotel is a decent bargain for the location and amenities. Read less

The bed was comfortable, the valet was so pleasant and accommodating. One of my balloons when up in the top of the elevator and a staff took time to get it down for me . Everyone was so pleasant. The location is close to everything buzzing in NYC including great restaurants. And we got a $30 credit to use in the bar !
