Deluxe Family Two Beds are larger in size, have 2 queen-size beds, plus an additional sofa bed, sleeping maximum 5 people.

Deluxe Superior Rooms are located on higher floors with city views, with 1 king-size bed plus a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Junior Suites feature a separate lounge area with sofa bed, bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, bathrobes and slippers, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Hotel was clean and functional. Food good but the eating area is a little bit crowded. Don’t get the return cab. Yellow cab charge $87. I took the hotels recommended transportation back. It was a little more expensive at $120. But I was told the price was fixed and the cab a luxury vehicle. Neither was true. Car was a dented dirty heap and the… Read more

What a Fantastic Hotel in a Great location. From the Check in Desk to Housekeeping the Staff at this Hotel are brilliant so helpful so polite I’m really glad we chose to stay here. The Hotel is well located for Times Square and the Theatre’s the reception and Bar area are very welcoming and the rooms are perfect and exceptionally clean the hard working housekeeping staff at this Hotel are excellent, I saw one lady at Breakfast wiping down the chairs that means a lot to us, the rooms were equally spotless. Breakfast time there is a little wait to be seated but don’t let that put you off the Staff are so efficient and well organised it doesn’t take long to be seated. When you walk into this hotel room and you put your key card in to turn on the lights, It’s just beautiful. The bed is made beautifully. It feels perfect. It has a beautiful view. I was so pleased. every time I come to Manhattan, this is where I will stay

There are two RIU hotels near Times Square and this is the closest. Literally up a side street, just off Times Square. The hotel is compact, clean and modern, with a theme of theatre. The foyer can be very busy with some seated areas. Just across from check in there is a small eating/drinking area with customers able to buy some food from a limited food menu happy hour 4-8pm on drinks. If you don’t opt for breakfast included you can have pay for a breakfast roll here. Rooms are not big, we had a deluxe double which was very small. It was modern, clean with a good range of amenities, housekeeping service available every day. Breakfast buffet is a queuing system. Guests are required to go down to lobby and register, then wait in a queue for a lift which is sectioned by queue lanes, then go up the lift to level 5 and wait in a queue again sectioned into lanes. This was a lengthy process and although the hotel has information that it’s less busy at certain times, at all the varied times I went either early or later it was always busy. Breakfast is a standard buffet, cold meats and cooked food kept warm in heated dispensers. Staff are proficient at dealing with large numbers of queuing people, with instructions shouted out at each stage of the queuing system. The food hall was large and opened planned and queuing guests waited for other guests to vacate their table to allow them to be seated, because it is open planned it is very noisy. On a personal note I don’t much care for this way of starting the day as it felt impersonal, like guests were handled as cattle. This hotel is a safe bet for travellers as I saw some very poor hotels nearby in the same price range. It’s clean modern with nice bathrooms. It’s a functional hotel which must see countless guests pass through so don’t expect any personal touches - it’s all just business. Read less

Times Square is at the end of the street so you're not going to get better than that. Breakfast was spot on which set up for the days of sightseeing.
