Myself and my brother stayed at this hotel for a week for a long awaited sibling trip! It was incredible! The hotel is situated right round the corner from the red steps at Times Square and in prime position to get to subway stations, Rockefeller, the NBC building and more. The Staff are so incredibly friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Always there to help from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, especially the lovely man who took our bags to our room, he was so smiley and welcoming! Breakfast is organised very well considering how busy it gets at certain times (this is usually anytime from around 8/8:30 till 9ish). The variety of food is brilliant, something for everyone no matter where you are visiting from! The rooms are kept so tidy! Towels changed everyday and beds made up. Not a spec of dust or grime anywhere! We left a tip of $4 a day to the cleaning staff as we had heard the staff alternate everyday. The fridge is of a decent size in the room, was very handy keeping drinks we had purchased from target cold for the day and readily available when we got back to our room after a long way of travelling around the city. The lifts can be a tad difficult at times if you are situated on a higher floor than what you can consider walkable by stairs. One morning we did have to wait a good 10 minutes for the lift to arrive to take us down to the lobby. This can be harder during breakfast time as one of the lifts is used solely for getting people up to breakfast from the lobby, which is understandable, nothing a bit of patience can’t fix! I cannot recommend this hotel enough for location, price and service! It’s a fantastic place to stay and experience New York at its finest! Thank you for a wonderful stay, it really made mine and my brothers trip so memorable and special! Read less

For the price, this hotel is a disaster. Avoid the overpriced breakfast as you can expect an hour wait, at least. Also, no coffee in the rooms? No ice in the entire hotel? I was offered a cup of ice when I asked...A CUP! Combined bodywash lotion and shampoo? My hair felt like straw after trying it. The fridge is tiny and has no freezer. There… Read more

I was offered a cup of ice when I asked...A CUP! Combined bodywash lotion and shampoo? My hair felt like straw after trying it. The fridge is tiny and has no freezer. There are also no microwaves, and our view was crappy. All in all, the hotel was clean, the cleaning staff friendly but the lobby was a zoo 24/7. I will NEVER RETURN to this embarrassment of a hotel. The rates are riddled with extra charges as well. Find another place to stay. Read less

Great hotel in a great location. Check in was a breeze, room was clean and nice, and the location was very convenient to all things Broadway. The elevators can get a little chaotic because there are a lot of floors in this hotel. But never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Will definitely stay again!

the hotel and hotel service were excellent, we spent a wonderful 7 days, only one comment - I left postcards at the reception to send - they never arrived - I put other cards in the mailbox and they reached the recipients - the reception doesn't seem to send them and they said they were 100% sure they will send - best regards

Great points; super clean rooms, fast lifts, very helpful staff, good reasonably priced coffee shop, great housekeeping, prompt repairs (hairdryer in room did not work but was quickly repaired) Bad points (which downgrades this hotel in my view from fantastic to not): Higher facility fee than advertised and for what - two small bottles of water and wifi (free in most other hotels I've stayed at). Utterly bonkers. I queried the higher fee and GOT NOWHERE! Great breakfast selection The lines for breakfast ARE INSANELY LONG. EVEN GETTING THERE AT 730 and still in line 40 mins later. For the hotel price this is not sustainable or acceptable. I would advise room only at most. There are good delis nearby. Read less
