We had a fabulous stay at this hotel, great location to Times Square etc. Didn’t really have to queue for breakfast as there are two places you can eat and the staff will tell you where to go. Only negative I would say is for the bar to open during the day and not just in the evening as we would have liked to have a drink when we returned to the hotel before 5pm. Read less

Breakfast was eccellent even for an allergic person. We got always a table for our 6 member family. Elevators don’t always function well. The personnell is most friendly and the hotel is secure. Expensive but very good stay. Perfectly situated for tourists in Manhattan!

The check in a was a breeze, our room was just stunning , 28th floor overlooking the lights of Times Square, the receptionist Lori Ann was a delight, giving us door to door directions whether it be on foot or via the subway. The hotel had an in house bar called the fashion bar and one of the female waitresses small in stature and very welcoming, I think her name was Kathreen was a joy and a credit to the hotel and the RIU organisation. We went as a celebration for my wife’s 50th birthday and on the day of her birthday the hotel left a small box of chocolates and a card on our bed, an excellent and unexpected surprise. When I booked the holiday I booked this hotel because they served breakfast, well they certainly cater for everyone with the vast array of choices from the buffet breakfast counters, We have already stated that we will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Read less

The bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows. No microwave or coffee in room. The fridge was extremely small and not cold, no way to adjust. There was not any way to see a tv guide on the tv or on paper in room. The elevator wouldn’t work. After 30 minutes I called front desk and they assured me they would send security to assist which never… Read more

They don’t care at all. $400/day for this hotel did not reflect the quality. Read less

We first went to this hotel in 2019 prior to Lockdown and loved it. This time we went in June 2024 to celebrate a special birthday for my wife. It was exceptional. This is a busy NYC hotel but the service that we received was exceptional. The Reception staff went above and beyond and what a great start that was. As busy as it is the Hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. The Rooms were a good size for NYC, clean and functional and the beds were more than comfortable. We had great views too. The Buffet breakfast was more than enough and a great start to the day. It was plentiful and the organisation was superb. The hotel organised a taxi for us on our return to the airport. When it turned up to pick us up it wasn't a Yellow Taxi but a Cadillac Escalade driven by an absolute gentleman Pablo Tavrez ( this guy is a must - 718.570.5557). Now that was luxury and amazing end to our stay. We will return to this hotel as it is just Quality. My only gripe was the guy working at the bar (name begins with H). Yes we are Brits but we understand the rules regards tipping. This guy takes your money , runs off behind a pillar at the bar and assumes all the change is a tip. Its my money....I decide.... Regardless a massive thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. Oh and try the Iron Bar around the corner for Drinks, Fast food and Sport. Highly recommend. Read less
