I took a long time deciding where to stay, thank goodness I chose here. Reception Staff, well every member of staff lovely and helpful. Beds were so comfy, suitcases fitted underneath. Hairdryer good, breakfast had a huge choice, something for everyone, staff there a credit to the hotel too. Location great.

There is nothing I could fault about this hotel, the price we paid was worth it for the breakfast alone ! rooms were spotless and serviced everyday with plenty of fresh towels provided. We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. There is nothing I could fault about this hotel, the price we paid was worth it for the breakfast alone ! rooms were spotless and serviced everyday with plenty of fresh towels provided. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful especially George. When our transfer didn't arrive, George rang them for us as we couldn't ring USA numbers from our phones. We had a late flight and the hotel provided a room for us to store our baggage enabling us to go and explore on our last day and also allowed us to remain connected to the WiFi until we were collected. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. It took us 3 minutes to walk to Times Square which was very handy for the subway. Already planning our return in 2026 ! Read less

The only thing that annoyed us was we complained the shower leaked into the passage and was slippy. We informed reception 3 times but nothing was done. Had brief but wonderful time at the hotel. Clean, practical and enjoyable. Its central location, the wonderful staff and the facility was very good. Certainly we will come back.

From check-in to checking out every thing was excellent.Rooms spotless and comfortable. Breakfast had a plentiful selection and of excellent quality. Also well situated for Broadway and Times Square.
