Our travel agent recommended this hotel and she was certainly right. This hotel is fantastic. The breakfast was superb with everything you could wish for. This set you up for the day. Great location, only 5 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Times Square. I emailed the hotel a couple of months before we arrived and as we were with my brother and sister-in-law i asked if they could put our rooms next to each other and asked for the highest floor possible. They did not disappoint in fact we had a balcony on our room and connecting doors so we could talk to each other. We were on the 25th floor and the views were incredible. The staff, cleaners, receptionists, bell boys, bar staff, restaurant staff were all very helpful, pleasant and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were fresh and clean and the beds and pillows very comfy. I would recommend this hotel. Read less

Great location a 10 minute walk from Times Square, friendly staff, efficient. Great rooms. We had a suite and it came with access to a lounge with food and drink always topped up included in the price. Great choices for breakfast.

Great hotel. Great location. We walked pretty much everywhere from this hotel. Staff were amazing- could not do more to help. Breakfast included which is great to start the morning without thinking where to eat. Thank you for a great stay from the UK!
