I booked a room for my wife, before the stay I called to make sure everything was going to be OK and that she could check in. I was advised to call reservations and add her to the account/reservation and I did. When my wife went to check in she was immediately greeted with hostility and told that she was not on the reservation. When she let them know that i had called, she was told that there was nothing on their screens and that she could not check in. Seth (the Manager) came out and continued to belittle and speak down to my wife and threaten her to move away from the front desk or face a canceled reservation. She did and i called members services. Bonvoy let me know that my wife and i were both now banned from the hotel. My wife and i have always done this and every hotel has been great and provided amazing service. Avoid this place if you can the staff is rude, dont believe me; give them a call and you will be able to tell from the first 10 seconds of a call. Read less

We stayed here for a week and had no problems, so not sure how accurate some of the negative reviews are. Our room was large enough for 3 adults and the rooms were cleaned daily, we found the staff friendly and helpful. We used our $30 towards breakfast from Starbucks or towards a drink before we went out for our evening meal. The hotel is very busy with conferences and also other tourists, so around hotel entrance can have lots of people standing around. We went out for meals around Times Square and also Hells Kitchen, which was the area we preferred to eat as good choice of restaurants and diners. Westway diner was one of our favourites. We also enjoyed Summit One and going shopping at Woodbury Common. I would bring comfy footwear as you will do a lot of walking, also we didn't buy a metro card to use the subway, we just used our contact less bank card which worked fine. Overall we had a good time and would stay at the Sheraton again. Read less

The noise was horrible! The beds were slanted with dips in the middle. I’ve been trying for a week to get a copy of my bill but only get voice mail. I will let my company know not to use this venue again for the conference. The lobby is beautiful but rooms are outdated.

Got charged thousands even though I cancelled way before the deadline. Hotel will not resolve immediately. Nor will Sheraton. They asked me to call back. Waste of time. They don’t respect customers. I have to add more to this review to meet the minimum.

Terrible service especially from the reception desk and security especially late night. Will absolutely never go again
