After we checked out from a wonderful stay, my daughter realized she left her favorite stuffed animal behind. She was in tears, as shes never slept a night without it. My husband called and Jose and the team there found it and shipped it back to us! They were so amazing, the whole issue resolved within hours. We cannot thank them enough. We will definitely be staying here on our visit next year! Read less

The room was fab, and views across Times Square were impressive. The size of the room was great too. We liked the fact that the ground floor entrance had security to avoid any of the ‘riff raff’ in. Times Square is a little overwhelming, especially on an evening, but it’s very accessible to all the general touristy bits which is perfect for a… Read more

Be conscious that you can’t check in before 3pm without a charge, which we were irritated by as our flight got in at 8am. We did challenge it with the hotel but they weren’t moving. Read less
