My family and I had a good experience at Tempo. Many thanks to the security team for returning an item that was left behind. They had great customer service skills and the item was shipped quickly to my home.

Hotel was lovely, very clean and everyone was very helpful, especially Miguel who sorted out our bags and taxi for our returns . Nothing was ever too much for him. Very central location which is great for exploring. We had an amazing view of Times Square from our room.

Came up for business. The service from Jennifer, Arlin, Justin, Karina, and Kurtis at the restaurant/bar was second to none. Immediately booked a return for my return trip two weeks later. Don’t sleep on this hotel and the Highball.

Very clean and comfortable, modern rooms. We were on the 35th floor which was definitely an experience, with a side view of Times Square which still had quite the wow factor. We had no issue with blinds or anything else in the room. There is a super hairdryer hidden in the bathroom next to the towels under the sink. Nespresso machine with paper cups and a wooden stirrer plus creamer sachet. British guests should be aware that the rooms have no kettle or tea-making facilities. We brought a travel kettle and tea bags with us after reading other reviews, and bought milk from a nearby shop to keep in the otherwise empty fridge. For bonus points I'd nick a plastic spoon from the restaurant. For a fairly pricey hotel it would be nice to have a bottle or two of water in the room at least on arrival, a tiny packet of biscuits or crisps or something and maybe something in the fridge? Having said that, you're steps away from food carts and shops that hardly seem to shut, so it's hard to starve. Communal areas could be made more of, there's the bar/restaurant but that's about it. So not the most sociable experience, but did the job and the location was unbeatable, yards away from the incredibly well-lit madness and so felt very safe. We had a good stay though are pleased to be back on ground level now 😀 Read less
