Every staff member we interacted with was polite and helpful. Location was great and there’s tons of bars and restaurant options close by. We were a bit worried when we first walked in to the lobby but were pleasantly surprised when we checked into the room. The lobby could be freshened up a bit and some parts of the room decor, especially the bedside lamps, look a bit garish. But these are minor and just a personal opinion. Overall, one of our favorite stays in NYC. Read less

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and made our stay very nice. Anya the concierge was especially helpful in getting reservations at a couple of nice restaurants. The hotel was clean but the pictures are not what we found when we arrived. The location of the hotel was excellent for our trip.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We just stayed for 4 nights as a family (w/6&9 yr old) over the Thanksgiving holiday and our entire stay from beginning to end was perfect. The king bedroom suite was so spacious and the kitchenette was a lifesaver for our length of stay with two kids. The staff was so helpful and was always there offering tips and support. Check in and valet was simple and quick, no issues with noise during our stay and accommodations were very clean. This was the first time my kids have been to NYC and this was a trip we will never forget. We will definitely be back! Read less

The best and biggest room in New York !! We chose this hotel because of its size and because we were traveling with a teenager that wanted her privacy. We reserved the king bed suite because it has two separate rooms. A huge living room with pull out sofa and a little kitchenette with a sink and fridge. The room and bathroom was so nice and… Read more

We reserved the king bed suite because it has two separate rooms. A huge living room with pull out sofa and a little kitchenette with a sink and fridge. The room and bathroom was so nice and spacious. Although we didn’t have a view it didn’t matter. We were greeted by the nicest bellboy (not sure if that’s what they are still called ) named Jeremiah. He was very attentive and sooo nice. He deserves a raise !! Overall this place was the best hotel we have stayed at in nyc. It was central to everything. We can’t wait to go back!!! Read less

This hotel is starting to show a bit of age, like worn down buttons in the elevator. This hotel is starting to show a bit of age, like worn down buttons in the elevator. While it's clear they have made attempts to modernize and update, some things are not quite right, like the shelf added in the bathroom overhangs too far to lift the toilet lid all the way. The pulls on the curtains were very stiff and hard to close, but still functional. There is no ice machine on the floors, but they were incredibly quick to bring me ice when I called the front desk. Those minor complaints aside, I wouldn't definitely consider staying here again. There is a little min-kitchen with basic plates, bowls, utensils, and glasses as well as a refrigerator and microwave, which would be incredibly convenient if I was staying longer. The robe in the room is perfect, not too thick, so I don't feel swamped in it. The bed was the real show stopper - great pillows and incredibly comfortable, and since I was only here one night for business, that's all I really cared about anyway. Read less
