City View Rooms have street view with partial view of Central Park, are located on floors 3-22 and have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child on a rollaway bed. (Club Lounge upgrade available*).

Central Park View Rooms have views of Central Park, are located on floors 3-9 and have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child on a rollaway bed. (Club Lounge upgrade available*).

City View Suites have views of Sixth Avenue, a spacious separate living room and two bathrooms, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. (Club Lounge upgrade available*).

Park View Suites have views of Central Park and a spacious separate living room, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. (Club Lounge upgrade available*).

Deluxe Park View Suites are as above but larger and with breathtaking views of Central Park and complimentary club lounge access, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Premier Park Suites are 1100 sq ft corner suites with panoramic views of Central Park, a large living room with dining area and complimentary club lounge access, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed in living area, sleeping 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Contour Gastro Lounge And Bar (American restaurant serving carefully crafted dishes with cocktails). The Ritz-Carlton Central Park is an incredible failure — and that’s putting it mildly. The Ritz-Carlton Central Park is an incredible failure — and that’s putting it mildly. Pre-arrival requests as simple as firm pillows go unfulfilled, water from facets run brown, and the operator line will either not answer or hang up on you multiple times. This property lives on its name but as a road warrior who frequents more hotels than my home, this is one of the most disappointing experiences in a long time. Spent less than 10 hours at the hotel and it was 10 hours too many including an awful sleep and unclean conditions. This property should rebrand as it doesn’t hold up the reputation and falls way short in even trying. If you’re interested in a location where standards go to die, this is it. Read less

We love the Ritz Carlton Central Park. The staff are beyond any staff we’ve experienced in any other hotel. Hands down great rooms, amenities, service. Stratos is our favorite member of staff at the hotel. He’s been there 22 years and goes above all expectations. Truly feels like home every time we stay.

This review is just for the bar / lounge area, since my wife and I are locals, and weren't staying in the hotel. Frustrated by the lack of quality cocktail options just below Central Park, we took a chance on the bar of The Ritz Carlton. Since this was a significant anniversary evening, we were hoping for something special. Remarkably, the welcoming and romantic space wasn't packed at 7pm on a Friday evening, which makes this a bit of a secret gem, right in plain sight. The service was likewise welcoming and friendly. (We interacted with at least four different people, while sitting in the lounge: each one warm and knowledgeable and accommodating.) The cocktails were delicious. The manager - Remi, I think? - was especially hospitable, and now we can't wait to return. A delightful way to start our special evening. We look forward to trying the food next time. Read less

All staff members were exceptionally well trained, professional and friendly, from the door staff, reception, concierge to the waiters - well done. One standout staff member who needs a special mention was Haque - he always served with a smile. He takes so much pride in his job, is humble and people smart. Keep up the good work, you are an inspiration to everyone. Our room was neat and clean with high attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing in NYC is cheap, but our experience at the Ritz-Carlton was worth it. Read less

I was surprised by the impersonal. service Food sub par and staff not eager to assist. Room was clean but small and waited 4 hours to be able to check in.
