Kudos to the staff at Shelburne Sonesta where they know their business and smiles seem both easy and genuine. And credit, too, to someone whose face we never got to see, but who made a great stay even more enjoyable with her care and attention -- remote concierge Anya Orlanska, an excellent resource in New York City!

The view (from our room) was amazing and the location was excellent! I really liked that we were a 5 minute walk from Grand Central terminal, but weren’t in the hustle and bustle of Time Square. There were many little restaurants and cafes in the vicinity; too many to try on our short visit. We definitely plan on returning to NY, and when we do we plan on staying at The Shelburne Sonesta!

It was such a pleasure to stay at this hotel! We received a complementary upgrade celebrating our recent marriage in august. My husband and I enjoyed the view to the empire state! All staff was amazing, but I would like to recognize Stephanie the most. She made our stay very comforting and easy going. Cannot wait to return in the future.

I absolutely loved this hotel, all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to Grand Central Station and also walking distance to Times Square. Overall, I quite liked its location. I would 100% stay here again if I were to visit New York again!
