An excellent 4-night stay, excellent midtown location, great service from check-in to check-out. Convenient to great restaurants within short walking distances...Staff was friendly and welcoming.....At meetings with several clients who stayed at less-desirable hotels, I recommended that they look to stay at this hotel in the future......

While the location is great, the hotel is under renovation.and is a bit underwhelming and dark. Based on using 29,000 points, it was not fair value despite it being Central Park in NYC. Once the Reno is complete, it may be a much better option. The Staff is very friendly and as helpful as can be.

This hotel is one of the best located in Midtown Manhattan. A few blocks from Central Park (so easy to jump out of bed and head there for a walk/run or just to sit a top one of the massive rocks to contemplate the sky/skyline in the morning). A short walk to MOMA, Times Square, and tons of good eateries, theatres. Thoughtful, smartly designed rooms that maximise the use of space so it doesn't feel cramped at all. A really nice bathtub and shower, and slippers (for those of us who prize these things, this is a winner). The staff is attentive yet they give you your space. And of course the price is great for NYC. A total discovery for me. I stayed for 6 nights and didn't get bored of the place, even though it doesn't have a posh lobby or rooftop to hang out and have drinks. Keep your eye on this hotel, especially when they have deals ;) Read less

Was expecting more really. No real restaurant offering or breakfast. Room not as clean as a normal Hyatt and leaky shower. Staff were nice enough. Apparently the burgers are great but I didn’t try. Used the gym which was ok.

The location is ideal for theater, shopping, and museums. The staff were very attentive and the room was immaculate and we enjoyed the plush bathrobes. The grab and go breadkfast was delicious and offered several healthy choices. The coffee was excellent.
