We had a long stay at this hotel. We received very courteous attention to every detail (even a birthday gift), very grateful especially to Sanda, Chanel, Michel, Tyler, and Andrise. Highly recommended! Its near the Broadway shows and everything you want to do!

Though the room left something to be desired, (extremely limited space- bed and half sofa), the personnel was top notch. Chanel, Santa, and Andrise were very personable and fun to talk to. I believe they are an asset in a market with so much competition. Such customer service should be recognized. Would stay again, but in a larger room.

Property was clean and the room ideal for staying in NYC - with a small kitchen!! Perfect. I have seen reviews that the elevator is slow.... it is!!! :-D Who cares? We are in NY and relaxed and so what if the elevator is slow?? LOL. Take the stairs if you want! THANK YOU to Michael, Joel, Tyler, Fidel, Maria !!! Good location for theater and central Manhattan. Small room, but what you need. Clean. Comfy bed. Plugs where you need them. Good WiFi. Standard breakfast with fine oatmeal and toppings. Spare lobby. Pleasant and helpful desk staff. Lots of dining options nearby.

We had a great stay when visiting. We were able to walk to time square, broadway and Rockefeller center. Felt safe and comfortable. Hotel was clean. We were able to get early check in and late check out.
