Marlony is the best ever! 10/10 service. The check-in process could not have been easier. His smile and kindness made our welcome to NY incredible!! If you stay at the Westin look for Marlony at the front desk. Im surprised Marlony isnt the CEO of Marriot yet. What are they waiting for?!?

Excellent hotel perfect location! Great service S/O Marlonn on getting us check-in and upgrading our room all together services were great from the room services to the Restaurant staff !! 10/10 we will definitely be back again to visit this location

Terrific hotel, clean, wonderful gym, and nice location pending one’s needs. Check-in member Marlonn professional, kind, very helpful and timely. Helped us with our needs and directed us to local food spots when asked. Look forward to staying here again.

The welcome at reception by Pei was one of the warmest and most professional we have encountered there’s at a hotel. She was able to accommodate all my room requests with a smile. The room, two double beds on the seventh floor, was extraordinarily roomy by any standards, let alone New York standards. I had asked for a room with a tub, and the tub was large and deep, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The towels were fluffy and thick, new, and the beds were comfortable enough to make you want to stay another night. The service at the bar/restaurant is excellent, although the ambience definitely leaves something to be desired. The location on East 42nd across from Grand Central can’t be beat for a central city address … you can easily get anywhere from here. The value for the money is great by New York standards, and I would highly recommend. Read less
