Deluxe Rooms are 330 sq ft with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Premium King Rooms are 350 sq ft and offer views of the Chrysler Building or Empire State Building, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Well located hotel. Beds are very small for 2 adults! BREAKFAST is the most expensive we've ever experienced! Regardless of how much you eat of the buffet breakfast, child or not you get charged nearly £30 and that only gets you 1 beverage!then they add the service charge of £28 and the service isn't great! Plates left of your table. The manager of the restaurant is very rude and patronising when we questioned why the service charge waa so high when there's actually no service as you serve yourself! We had a lovely start to our holiday. The receptionist who checked us in, Mariama, was fantastic. So friendly and professional. She couldn't have been more helpful to us. The bedroom upgrade and bathroom were lovely a clean. José was fantastic at sorting out a car for us on the return trip to the airport. We loved our stay but unfortunately since our return we have had a lot of problems trying to sort out 3 separate credit card charges put on our credit card. We do not know what they are for and why they've been put on. We didn't buy anything in the hotel, as we were given complementary drinks vouchers. My husband has emailed at least 8 times in relation to this and we have been constantly fobbed off with "they are looking in to it", "that we cancelled our reservation but it was not on time"(which is a complete lie, considering we stayed for 5 nights and could name the hotel room number). It's now over 1 month since we noticed the charges, we are STILL awaiting reimbursement and an apology. We had hoped to return to the hotel next October for another holiday with my parents, but we won't be. We really hope this is sorted out soon as the hotel itself was lovely and in a very cinvenient location. These credit card charges, of nearly €400, are leaving a very sour taste in our mouths. Pei was so kind to us during our stay and made the welcome process fantastic especially since this was my friends first time coming. If you’re in New York stay here everyone who works here is the kindest humans. Rooms are nice, minimal noise, bathrooms are so clean and place is overall very modern. Read less

The only issues I had were that the room didn’t have the outlets necessary to charge for two people. The USB connections didn’t work and there were not enough outlets to support phones, watch. air buds etc. That part was outdated. In addition the room safe didn’t work “error.” I forgot to report this on check out. It’s a bit of a busy area, but the high rooms help to block out some of the noise. It was helpful to have a pull out sofa bed for when my husband and son arrived. I had hoped the executive corner king room would be a bit bigger, but really appreciated the suite night upgrade available and accommodated. Overall very nice stay.
