There were gashes in the walls, countless stains on the ceiling, the chairs were trash worthy, and the shower floor was disgusting enough to make you puke. On the upside, the hotel is quiet, well located, and the bed is comfy. But I will NEVER stay here again. The grossness of the room is the stuff of nightmares. Read less

Very bad experience at check in! Never again! At 14:50, they ask to come at 15:00! They dont want to check if the room is ready! Impossible to have service, Impossible to have early check in I travel a lot, and it’s the first time I have this type of issue with a hotel. NEVER AGAIN!

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was central to everything we had planned but still away from a lot of the noise. Easily accessible!

I stayed for almost a week.Stephen was the man! Had a few interactions with him and he was nothing but respectful, professional, and helpful. Definitely made my stay easier, went through a few room changes and extensions, he made it simple and easy for me every time.
