I am writing because I am highly impressed with the management at the Soho Grand (especially Delmarques). They went above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely be returning because of the team at the Soho Grand. The bartenders were on point and very nice. It's a great location which is easily accessible. Read less

Prior to staying at the Soho Grand I always stayed at The Hugo but work led me to this fabulous hotel and am I glad they did! I stayed in a room on the fourth floor, one of the newly renovated rooms, and it was truly lovely. Probably the most spacious NYC hotel room I’ve stayed in. Beautifully decorated and upon arrival I was greeted with soft, delicious cookies. Granted the hand written note to bid me welcome was for a Mr. Robatialle but it was a nice touch anyway. Sorry, Mr. Robatialle, I hovered the cookie down at first sight. Located in downtown, it’s in a great location if you’re looking for something outside the craziness of mid town and Times Square. The bar beside the hotel is a pleasing little oasis which I will go back to in a heartbeat. Check in was smooth and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I would definitely stay again! Read less
