1st time in NY. I must say this holtel has it all. The bed itself was the best bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was fairly priced at 18 to20 dollars, drink an cocktails probably twice the price compared to home. Staff on the ball to get you checked in. Looked a bit rough in the corridors , but when you got to your room a complete turn around… Read more

Overall it's expensive, but would def stay again. Read less

My stay at Soho Grand Hotel was beyond exceptional. I can’t thank Annabelle enough for being so kind and caring when I brought an issue to her attention. The way she handled the situation was so amazing, kind and professional. I never felt more happy and heard leaving a hotel. 10/10 would choose to stay here over anywhere else! Thank you Soho… Read more

We stayed at the Soho Grand for a weekend getaway. We live in the suburbs and know the city well but hadn't stayed in Soho before. We were greeted by Kailani who was very cordial and who brought our bags to the room and showed us the amenities. We stayed in a newly refurbished room with an enormous smart TV that my husband absolutely loved for watching sports. The bed was comfortable and the linens and bathrobe were Frette. Very chic. The Concierge David was genuinely kind and seemed to really enjoy his job and in helping people find their way in the city. There are many fine restaurants in the vicinity and the shopping is the best. We will definitely be back. Read less

Soho Grand - great location, great service. terrific breakfast! quick visit across the street to see the puppies, and and so much fun shopping on Canal Street. The Cupping Room for brunch, and The Broome Street Cafe for burgers. Next time -- will definately try Lucky Strike. Great weekend!

25 mins to get us checked in despite there being no queue. Only one individual working on the desk who was "busy". Breakfast - the service was slow and poor. We had to request twice for our table to be set before we resorted to lifting spoons, jam and a fork from other tables after our food had been delivered. My husband’s order on delivery was completely wrong but as the food had already taken so long to arrive and we were heading to watch the US open tennis we didn’t have time to complain. Checking out again there was only one individual on the reception. While we checked out fine, I immediately realized that I had left something behind in my room. I tried to get the attention of the individual who completely ignored me three times while serving another guest. Although I was next to be seen it took 25 minutes before I was escorted to the room to retrieve my cardigan. By then the queue in the reception had six people behind me; I commented to the individual on reception that the service was not acceptable with one individual on check in given the size of the queue of people waiting and could not believe how rude he was. He said ‘it’s not my fault you already checked out and forgot something’ while storming into the back office to ask a colleague to assist me (something I had been trying to ask for for 20 mins). Our car refused to wait and we had to order another one, making us miss our train. There are much better options in Soho (the James). Wont stay again. Read less
