No food, room service, or bar. Poor valet car parking. Difficult to get a copy of the bill for expense purposes

Amazingly great customer service. We received amazing customer Service. It didn't feel like the usual abrupt New York. Gino was exceptional and the house keeping staff on the 30th floor were great also

We are a family of four, but I was given a room with a king bed and a rollover bed. I explained that we needed four periods of sleep, but it didn't help. Eventually, they gave me a room with two double beds (like I booked) - and the bathroom was not working. I contacted the frontline three times, but there was no reaction. Then they charged me $100 more than it was online - it turned out that is the deposit, which should be back in my account. But no one explained about that. My recommendation is to avoid booking a stay in this hotel. It seems a bit affordable ($400 for a night), but it is not worth it. Read less
