It is our favorite place in New York City close to Times Square and Broadway. From hotel we can reach easily all exciting attractions and shopping, Hotel offers great hospitality and services and Is reasonable priced for the City. We will stay here again in December.

For a business travel, breakfast was not complimentary, coffee machine and three coffee packets came after I called to request for it, dental kit again took forever to come and the best part - No water bottles in the room , not even a glass if they wanted us to use tap water. For a business travel, breakfast was not complimentary, coffee machine and three coffee packets came after I called to request for it, dental kit again took forever to come and the best part - No water bottles in the room , not even a glass if they wanted us to use tap water. There was nothing in the room except a large bed and decent size bathroom. The shampoo and conditioner were low class. You can see cost cutting in every corner. Didnt expect this from a brand like Hyatt that too in NYC. Read less

We enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We walked everywhere around and felt safe. We caught the subway downstairs to Times Square. Never once outside the hotel did we feel unsafe.

Beautiful hotel. Close to many attractions. Great shopping area. I Would stay here again. The hotel is right next to the beautiful Grand Central Station. There is shopping and markets in the Station. We picked up snacks and fruit. Many restaurants nearby. Lovely city.

The Hyatt is a great hotel with very nice staff. However, I feel like the food could've been better for the prices were charged. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. :)
