One Bedroom Apartment Suites are 400-650 square foot, and have extra living space, a separate bedroom, HDTV with web browser with 1 queen-size, 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

The room was clean and well serviced; and as always the kitchen was a real benefit to our stay there. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and they remember you. The location is excellent. The hotel has no restaurant, which is not a problem for us; we prefer to have the kitchen so we can prepare breakfasts and snacks on our own. Read less

We had a very nice experience at this property. We were a bit reluctant as the hotel doesn't present as a traditional hotel from the street. It presents like an apartment building. Upon arrival, the lobby staff was very pleasant. Our room was very spacious with a generous seating area and very well-appointed kitchenette. King size bed was very comfortable. Everything was in good condition. We were only on the third floor but the street was quiet so no meaningful noise in our room. The bathroom is small but fine even though the tub's finish was chipping. We will return to this property on future visits to New York. Read less

That is very easy to verify - on their website. This shows ample availability including the room type I was in. I am an early riser and left hotel many mornings before 6am. There was nobody on the front desk. This makes it very easy for anyone to walk in, access elevators and get directly to floor’s rooms are on.
