The hotel

Spanning 30 floors, at the Grand Hyatt you can gaze out over the city and, from higher levels, enjoy views of the Cascade Mountains, Lake Union and Elliott Bay. Standard Rooms with 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

City View King Rooms with either 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Bay View Rooms are located on floors 22 and above, offering sweeping views of Elliott Bay, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 people.

Corner Deluxe Rooms are larger in size and feature a separate sitting area with full-size sleeper sofa, bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower, panoramic city views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Emerald Suites feature a separate living area with pull-out sofa, bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower, and 1 king--size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Club Rooms are located on higher floors and include access to the hotel's 27th floor Grand Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily breakfast, evening reception and more.

Extremely convenient location: you can walk to the Pike Public Market or the Starbucks Roastery Seattle. Although I arrived at the hotel very late, the check-in experience was smooth and everyone was helpful. The bay view room is recommended.

The front desk never answered my calls, housekeeping didn’t make the bed despite asking at check-in if I needed it and confirming that I did, and valet parking took 30 minutes to retrieve my car. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Hyatt hotel. My first visit to this property in over 20 years. Location is super convenient, property is still in great shape, staff was all top-notch. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. It is a bit out of my range if I were traveling for personal reasons, so it was very nice to be able to stay there for a work conference. It felt like a vacation. :) Highly recommend!

Waited for an hour for microwave and 3 hours for a fork to deliver to the room! Customer service on delivering customers request to the room needs huge improvement. CLUB Lounge stopped serving food at 640pm. NG!! Will not return nor recommend to anyone.
