This was our first time visiting Seattle and staying at the Grand Hyatt. This hotel provided 5 star service and is in an outstanding locations to visit sites and other restaurants. The room was outstanding and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay here again on our next visit.

Grand Hyatt hotel is a perfect hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds, and great staff. The location of the hotel is very close to downtown and many Seattle site seeing things. I would definitely stay here again!

The Grand Hyatt is the best hotel in all of Seattle and the surrounding areas. Rooms are clean and well appointed with everything working. Daily housekeeping was thorough and tidied up the room each day. The front desk staff are fast, knowledgeable, and kind. The hotel was busy as there was a convention right around the area, and even when one of the elevators went down, staff noticed that the elevator line was long and took guests up on the service elevators (above and beyond in my opinion). Finally, the hotel is quiet (which as a light sleeper is important to me). Hotel is centrally located with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Pikes Place Market is just a few blocks away as well as the Space Needle and other must see Seattle attractions. I will most definitely return. Read less

If you want to soak in a huge tub on a cold damp night and get some sleep, this place is for you. The lobby needs a full bar and a little more excitement like the Hyatt Regency has. I was a skeptic, but the Slices pizza vending machine is amazing. Seems like a SharkTank invention. Decent hot pizza in 2 mins in the lobby at any time of day. I… Read more

There is a Ruth’s Chris steakhouse within the hotel, but the steak at a restaurant called Rider one block down the street is cooked over a wood fire and is amazing.
