This is a beautiful hotel with amazing service and staff. Unfortunately, we will not return to Seattle. There are addicts shooting up with needles all over the city in broad daylight in front of Nordstrom and Saks and other fine businesses. You can't walk 5 blocks without a dozen encounters. It is not safe to tour with children.

This place is wonderful. Top to bottom is classy. They stored our luggage for us because we were so early. Then we came back and checked in. Our room was beautiful and the spa was excellent.

The hotel is conviently located to restaurants and transportation options. The staff help with directions and made great recommendations. It was my birthday and they provided with an unexpected gift.
