This is a wonderful place to relax. It was my 4th time staying at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle and I have enjoyed it more each time. The staff is amazing welcoming and helpful. It has amazing Views, a 15 walk to pikes market short walk to Jazz Alley, close to great restaurants and the theater.

Our "Pure" room at the Grand Hyatt Seattle was very clean, well appointed and nicely laid out. The bathroom and shower were spacious and comfortable as well. However, the bed was pretty hard compared to other USA hotels, so we had to sleep on top of the comforter with a light blanket our second night. The hotel does seem a bit understaffed, both at the front desk and the valet parking (even though they charge $55 per night!), and they do not do daily housekeeping, so our Kleenex box became empty very quickly because it had only a few tissues when we arrived. It was mostly a very nice stay, but definitely not 5 star. Read less

Phillies were above and beyond satisfied. Jillian does an incredible job servicing baseball teams. The entire process could not have been easier for us. Jillian's service makes it very likely for us to return for our next team stay.

Very nice property, clean, comfy, terrific staff, very conveniently located. Very close to convention center, easily walkable to many restaurants and the waterfront. Hyatt remains my hotel of choice whenever possible.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Everything was phenomenal! The cleanliness of the hotel, the close proximity to dining and shopping, and just the overall ambiance was great. Definitely the highlight of my trip!
