The Hyatt staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My team and I really enjoyed our time at Hyatt House.

The bedding was not warm, the elevators were not working but the staff was friendly and the location is excellent- directly across the street from the Space Needle, the MoPop and the Monorail ( which provided very easy and inexpensive transport to downtown attractions like Pikes market

I mentioned to my group that others had indicated that only one elevator was often working. Five hours later...one elevator working! Others had indicated that no food was available in the evening. When we asked, the bartender told us that the cook "had an emergency". Bingo from other reviews. Breakfast the next morning was decent. For some reason eggs were slow to arrive, but I can see that. Service at front desk, and the bartender was good. And a perfect location as a "pre-night" before a cruise embarking from Seattle. Read less

The location and breakfast simply cannot be beat, coffee was superb, room generally was very comfortable, great soundproofing. I love that I was on the top floor and you can enjoy the terrace. I hope the price compared to other hotels are similar or lower because this is now my top choice whenever I visit the city.
