Tried to downgrade our room upon check in at the same price because they overbooked the rooms. Told them no and instead of a king room got a queen. Be on the lookout for the hotel as GPS will take you the down the wrong way on a street and there are only tiny tent boards to indicate that you need to park on the street to check in before they… Read more
Tried to downgrade our room upon check in at the same price because they overbooked the rooms. Told them no and instead of a king room got a queen. Be on the lookout for the hotel as GPS will take you the down the wrong way on a street and there are only tiny tent boards to indicate that you need to park on the street to check in before they will direct you to an equally hard to find parking garage. And if you are lost trying to find the hotel - don't expect anyone to answer the phone - ever. Read less

The hotel was excellent - walking distance to space needle, local restaurants, and park for our young kids. The rooftop area was a perfect gathering spot for our large group.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location! Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Only reason I wouldn’t recommend is if you’re on a tight budget.

Perfect location. Hotel was superb, the room was great, roomy and spacious, perfect for the occasion. Not only was it across the Space Needle Center, It was a corner away from the Free Shuttle to the downtown area. Shuttle was very nice, clean and cool. Again, Perfect location. Perfect location. Hotel was superb, the room was great, roomy and spacious, perfect for the occasion. The only disappointing item is that you have to pay for parking. A hotel away from the Center of downtown, should not have paid parking for their guests. But I do highly recommend the hotel. We had a last minute trip to Seattle for a couple of days and we called the Hyatt and was able to reserve the last room they had, which was a King Suite with a hid abed. There were 3 of us sisters so we chose to take it. When we got to the hotel, the front desk clerk John, was so friendly and helpful and he was able to find us a more suitable suite with 2 Queen Beds, which was what we initially wanted. I can't say enough about John and how helpful he was with directions, places to eat, etc. the two other front desk clerks we interacted with during our stay were just as a helpful and friendly. The seating on the 8th floor deck was also very comfortable and so nice to hang out and visit each other. I wish we would have stayed longer!! Read less
