The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! A specific shout out to Ashlee for helping us out the entire stay. The bedrooms were spacious, the lobby was extremely nice & the wait staff went above & beyond in every area of our stay. Would go back in a heartbeat!

When working with Ashlee, we were able to get our disastrous Airbnb experience turned around so well that we ended up having the best weekend possible. She and the rest of the hotel staff went above and beyond to to accommodate us and make sure that our stay in Austin was the best I’ve had. Thanks so much!

Dylan with Security and Cris at the front desk went above and beyond during a crisis the other day. The computers were down during one of the most complicated system shutdowns across the nation. They are two of your best employees here and deserve promotions.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Austin. Property is very clean, modern and beautiful. Executive lounge shut down in 2023 sadly. I hear it’s actually used now as breakfast area for airline crew . Okay 🤣. None the less appreciate the recognition. If using f&b credit for breakfast, they have onsite Starbucks, restaurant and room service for outlets. The room was nicely decorated. The shower is VERY blue. The outlets also being very easily accessible is always a plus. Didn’t get the pool since it was raining. At night enjoyed a few old fashions at the bar with a large bourbon selection and can even “make your own”. Theres some type of road work being done so valet parking is the only option. Self parking was not accessible for our stay. Read less
