Exceptional experience every time we visit! Cris at the front desk is wonderful - she is the definition of great hospitality! Hotel is beautiful, clean, and updated. Hotel staff is always friendly and welcoming, We will most certainly be returning!

The only disappointment was the fact that there was no longer a Hilton Honors Lounge. That affected our expectations somewhat. Read less

Went to Austin for a football game. The game was awful but the hotel was great. We loved the pool and the pool bar. Enjoyed the taco joint. Great location to walk places. We walked to the stadium in the heat. So it's close to everything. Clinton Woods the bellman was so friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this hotel.

I've always loved Hilton Hotels due to its reasonable prices, hospitable staff, and amazing quality! I chose this hotel due to its location. Very accessible to bars/clubs/restaurants. Upon arrivang, my friends and I were greeted and welcomed by this hotel's amazing staff! There is this amazing lady who stood out. She was very hospitable, kind, happy and passionate about her job and I loved it! Her energy was radiating everywhere, she was eclectic! Her name is Lala. She was the best and made our stay memorable! Also, thanks to the amazing server(guy) and impeccable host(lady) at Austin Taco Project. I forgot to ask their names but they were great! Will definitely check in here again when I visit Austin. Read less

wonderful service, I'd give 6/5 stars for patience if I could. Maurílio was kind and patient, helped unload the car and even direct us to the correct floor for the event, as well as parking lot and corner of the room. I give my most sincere thanks.
