Martha provided excellent service to us. .She made us feel very welcome and made accommodation for us that made our trip that much more convenient. We appreciate the hospitality from day 1! We recognize and appreciated the cleanliness of the room and hotel overall.

Ebony was so helpful and eager to create a great experience for my short stay and early departure while at this location! Great location to the airport and comfy beds! Great coffee and restaurant in the lobby. Love having a hotel shuttle for transportation to and from the airport

The hotel doesn't have any restaurants within walking distance unless you follow the sidewalk along the service road to a food truck area, Jack in the Box, or Wendy's. Natalie was serving-she was smiling & speaking with a couple eating at the bar. They were speaking of how good their burgers were. I ordered the stuffed avocado appetizer. It was SO fresh & delicious. Also, it is huge-enough for 2. I was hungry & I could not finish it. Thank you Natalie for a very nice experience! I will return to try other menu items. Read less

Martha at the front desk and Vivianne in the restaurant bar were both exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful. Martha welcomed us as Gold elite members which was nice and explained the security measures with the elevators. Excellent service at check in. Martha at the front desk was fantastic. Clean aesthetic and friendly staff. We were able to check in early and get to the room. This is why I always stay at a Holiday Inn, you know what you’re going to get when you stay at one.
