Good location hotel in downtown Austin. Big room size. However, we couldn’t get past the bed linen smelling terrible (pillows and sheets), and our room was serviced once over 4 nights. Breakfast was included and a good selection, however really busy and hard to get anything. Parking was very expensive (shoutout to valet guys, they were very nice).

The hotel is in a great location and th]e staff is amazing. The room are very large and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Absolutely no complaints, this place was very nice and staff was very friendly and attentive. I wasn't expecting to have to pay for valet services, the only other option was on street parking with meter fees.

Not very family friendly. Pool was dirty. They hold $50 incidental fee but do not inform you that valet is not even covered by that. They will charge an additional $11. Much prefer the courtyard or Fairmont. People were yelling outside of room at 4 am

We enjoyed staying in this hotel. However, the bed is not firm, and the pillows are so soft. Breakfast was ordinary and the same thing daily. We got tired of the food after the second day. The parking offers valet for $57 daily. It was too much after paying hotel room.
