I highly recommend the JW Marriott Austin Downtown for all purposes! I stayed for a business meet and my niece birthday. The say was absolutely amazing! The staff was very helpful and respectful, especially MILL and SHANICE! I was very impressed with the environment and amenities. I will stay here everytime I visit Austin! Thanks again 🙏🏽

Really enjoyed my stay in JW Marriott. From arrival the staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous. The reception area is big and airy so no queuing for checking despite a large conference group all arriving around the same time. The room was large and very comfortable. Two double beds. Bathroom was spotlessly clean with a powerful shower. It was perfect as a conference venue. Massive hotel with lots of large areas. Plenty of room for meetings in the corridors between events. Food was good but breakfast options were a bit limited and didn’t serve traditional pancakes or waffles! I stayed there for business but would go back again for a leisure trip. Pool looked nice. Hotel is in a great downtown location with lots of restaurants nearby. Great job by all the staff at the JW Marriott. Thank you Read less

The JW Marriott has a great lobby bar and is in the heart of downtown Austin. There are also several great restaurant options attached to the hotel. The rooms are nice and updated as well. The welcome staff made my check in experience quick and easy. They were all very kind. Girme was especially kind and helpful during my stay. I could not carry my luggage and he made sure I arrived to my room safely with all of my belongings. Such a wonderful person!

Awesome service at the bar! Victor was super attentive and took care of our every need! All of the servers were very helpful and knowledgeable about the wines on the menu. We had a wonderful time and they handled the conference crowd with grace and great customer service. Would highly recommend!!
