The hotel itself if comfortable with great amenities. We got breakfast the first morning we stayed and was served by TUGCE! She was extremely lovely, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The food was spectacular. We loved the experience and would stay again!

I stayed at the Austin Fairmont on business the room is very commutable and clean. However one night there was a party in the room next door at 1 am I called the front desk and got VM. I put a pillow over my head and tried to sleep as I had to wake at 6am for work. Around 4 am I was waken by a drunk guy banging on my door. I called downstairs… Read more

I called downstairs again and got security but by the time they came up there was no party of drunk guy. They did not contact me or the room next door. It seem as though they just wanted to sweep it under the rug Read less

This hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms are stunning and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming to our kids and had some surprises for them brought to our room.

I’d give 5 but… They sell “resort passes” to non hotel guests = pool was always over crowded -and we could not access the pool at all for 2 days of our 4 day stay. I’d give 5 but… They sell “resort passes” to non hotel guests = pool was always over crowded -and we could not access the pool at all for 2 days of our 4 day stay. Service at the pool was also very poor and the chairs and tables were not clean. Lots of litter as well. When we chose to dine at a table at Revue one evening, the service was not good, and we disliked that one of us received our food about 10 minutes before the other. Strangely this is their format - and that was the provided reason, but why did the pizza come first and the salad for the other so much later? Waiter was rude and deliberately ignored one of us when it came time to order dessert. The manager did comp our meal but she also left a bad taste in our mouths. Not in their control but so much construction surrounding the building meant it was noisy when we could be outside at the pool. The good: We were upgraded to a room on the top floor, which we appreciated and offered excellent views. Excellent housekeeping. Excellent front desk and concierge service. Our server “Victor” really made our stay spectacular. He was exceptionally friendly, efficient, and professional. Victor made us feel special, and we shall remember him always. He served us at both the Broken Coconut and Fulton. If you’re reading this Victor - thank you, you’re a gem, We indulged in each of the hotel’s restaurants daily except the Garrison, which unfortunately was closed on Sunday night. The bartenders at Revue were also amazing - so welcoming, knowledgeable and able to recommend excellent off-site activities. The pizzas, salad and pasta at Revue were excellent - drinks at Broken Coconut delicious. Read less

Service fell way short. The room was not well equipped. Atmosphere felt "off." Would would not return to this property. We were happy to get out of there. There are many other nicer places to stay in Austin. I would recommend a different hotel.
