The hotel

My spouse and I brought our dog with us to. Austin since we’d lost power at our home due to the hurricane. From the valet attendants, to the front desk staff, to the restaurant service staff, the level of service and hospitality we encountered was top notch. The restaurant and valet staff in particular went above and beyond for us. Our dog especially enjoyed the dog treats in the lobby, and the park about 2 blocks away. It had been a hot, stressful and disruptive week for the 3 of us, and we really enjoyed our stay due to the genuinely lovely customer service of all the staff, and the quiet comfortable hotel room. We come to Austin regularly to visit friends and I think this will be our new go-to. Read less

Excellent brunch selection! Excellent service and guidance by Yndira! She had spot on recommendations and a glowing personality. We enjoyed the chicken and waffles and chorizo biscuits and gravy and the mimosas. The cocktails were a delight too.

Yndira was our waitress and she provided excellent service. The food came out very quick. The french toast, the yogurt parfait, and the pancakes were our favorite dishes. Yndira gave us the best experience and we will be coming back! Thank you Yndira!

Jillian did a great job with service and was helpful with making a decision on my food choice. She created a wonderful dining experience with her attitude and professionalism. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was great and much of it was due to Jillian and her customer service.

Yndira was an excellent server! She made sure to explain the menu and options. Very attentive. Food was delicious and brought out quickly. The deviled eggs were good and portion sizes were large. We will definitely return for brunch on our next visit.
