My daughter and I traveled to celebrate her 23rd Birthday, and everyone we encountered surpassed our expectations! From the moment I spoke on the phone with Saige, the concierge, to being so warmly greeted by Willie at the check in, JE at Wax Myrtles, the young lady at the coffee bar, the valet and front desk that so kindly helped us with our luggage. Every part of the experience was wonderful! Saige went above and beyond with detail and helping me navigate plans in an area we’ve never been to. My daughter had the most memorable experience! The room was perfect, the response to requests were prompt. When we come back to Austin, we will not stay anywhere other than Tommie! Our room, bathroom, view, customer service, every aspect of hospitality was nailed with your staff! Keep up the great work! Can’t wait to go back! Room lighting is horrendous. My wife had a very difficult time putting on her makeup. Rooms are tiny. One of the bartenders needs to be fired. She was Grumpy and rarely came around to ask what we wanted

This hotel is fantastic - staff are great, amenities are top notch, even the hotel bars/restaurants are great. Sadly, it's all ruined by the rooms - the toilet is in the shower, the sink is in the middle of the room, and the room itself must be the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Sadly, it's all ruined by the rooms - the toilet is in the shower, the sink is in the middle of the room, and the room itself must be the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. I could only open my (small-ish) suitcase on the bed - there was literally no floor space. The rooms cannot be more than 150 sf. All in all, a wonderful experience ruined by a crappy (and, btw, loud) room (6th street is literally out your window). Read less

Perfect place to stay for a conference. Convention Centre is so close by. Great for a solo traveller. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, I had the best sleeps. With parking and taxes, paid over $500/bought for a noisy, non-ergonic very small room and single point of (all lighting) control. One side of bed butted up against wall and between that and no lighting control nearby, made for risky early morning walk to the bathroom in the dark. Staff fantastic.
