What a totally unique hotel! It's a 100-year-old building that used to be a clothing manufacturing plant; they provided uniforms for our WWII soldiers. The architect cleverly kept remnants of that era in place with the brick walls and the circular metal chute that transported merchandise to the underground railway network. The architect cleverly kept remnants of that era in place with the brick walls and the circular metal chute that transported merchandise to the underground railway network. We stayed in the ultra-roomy Savvy Suite with a tremendous view of the park across the street. It was quite comfortable and unique--with the exposed concrete columns inside the room. Very cool! The staff were incredibly nice and we had a wonderful time. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and the Bourbon & Banter speakeasy. Read less

Seems to be aimed at students and younger people. No problems or issues but a bit too funky for me 😂. Positives - Location very good Swimming Pool Easy car parking Friendly staff Negatives - Charged a $1000 on our credit card as a security deposit, without telling us. Breakfast was a grab and go and very expensive Overall - Would… Read more

This hotel is definitely quirky. Room was clean. Industrial meets quirky eclectic maybe? It is hip has a bar and pool table - has food for purchase but the way to order is awkward. Close to AT&T District and Federal buildings. Lighting in the room was a little dark. My room was huge and the TV way across the way. Shower was hot. The… Read more

The hallways were a little dim and didn’t notice many cameras, how the building has been sliced and dices really concerned me. How it’s situated is definitely odd. Read less

Such a quirky and fun hotel! Loved the unusualness of the room and hotel decor. Best nights sleep in a hotel in a while! Bed was very comfortable and never heard anyone in the hall or neighboring rooms even though the hotel was very busy. Food was good. Parking is confusing but they explained everything when we called.

The hotel is in a convenient location to the freeways, and it’s clean. This is not a place for families or kids. There isn’t an ice machine in every floor, so once the kids are ready for bed, no more going for a cool drink before falling asleep. Would have been ok if we were told at check in. The parking lot has cars ripping into and out of it as… Read more

There isn’t an ice machine in every floor, so once the kids are ready for bed, no more going for a cool drink before falling asleep. Would have been ok if we were told at check in. The parking lot has cars ripping into and out of it as it’s right off a main road. The walk to the lot is also inconvenient for loading and unloading the car. Finally, at 3-something in the morning the TV comes on a d wakes us up with a good-bye message. Read less
