The hotel is such a great property, and the majority of the staff I interacted with are freaking awesome! I enjoyed two great nights there after a somewhat rocky start. Mahogany and I think the other lady’s name was KeKe were amazing, however Alex at the front desk was nice but never followed through after asking for a form several times and it… Read more

Mahogany and I think the other lady’s name was KeKe were amazing, however Alex at the front desk was nice but never followed through after asking for a form several times and it was never sent until check- in! Otherwise I enjoyed my time there. Thank you for such a good stay! Read less

Excellent hotel for my quick overnight stay in Dallas. Kiki checked me in and was professional, effectively, and helpful. While I didn't use the amenities due to my abbreviated stay, the pool area and exercise area looked well-maintained. Pool area entry a little confusing with guest entry tucked to the left of what I'm guessing was the maintenance entry (to the left of the exercise room). Very fully stocked complimentary snack bar was very helpful. Included the usual coffee machine, but a wide array of beverages in the cooler (Gatorade, soft drinks, milk, etc) and granola chips, candy bars, pastries as well. There was also some prepared food there at different times, but I didn't partake. NOTE: No ice machines on the floors, but a freezer with individual bags of ice in the snack bar area. Paid surface lot parking available via the REEF mobile parking app. I'd recommend parking close to the side hotel entrance. Easy 10 min walk to museums e.g. the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey and this hotel is right across the street from the Pioneer Plaza. Read less

Fantastic stay at Aloft in Dallas. The building is beautiful and full of character. It’s in a perfect location and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Alex and Mahogany made sure we had a great experience, so thank you to them! We’d definitely stay again when we’re next in Dallas.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for a girls’ trip. We had such a wonderful time! The staff was absolutely over-the-top with making all accommodations pleasant. The location was excellent and very walkable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had to make a very sudden trip to Dallas due to an immediate situation. I chose the Aloft Downtown based on location, but it turned out to be a great hotel. It's a converted train station, but very well done. There's a nice breakfast counter inside the lobby that makes great breakfasts, and dinners as well. Snacks, drinks, and sandwiches are always available. The rooms are spacious and well-kept. There's a bar inside the lobby if that's important to you. The hotel is walking distance to some great downtown venues. I would stay there again. Read less
