All have large windows with views of the city, HDTV with pay movies and video games, iHome docking station, refreshment centre (with healthy snacks)*, WiFi*, Keurig coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. Fairmont Rooms have either 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

I recently experienced my 2 stay at Fairmont Dallas and was their guest for 6 days. From the moment I arrived the staff in every area was sterling. Abel remembered me from 6 mos ago! He got my bags unloaded and whisked my car away without effort. Over the next 6 days Trey in the bar, Kevin in the lobby (superstar), Phillip (always the gracious & professional property host), Housekeeping - the unsung heroes kept my room immaculate - thank you!, Engineering repaired my shower beautifully, and front desk check in and out was effortless & efficient. I dined room service every night and unfortunately the food was consistently poor quality. The service was A+ but definitely was below Fairmont standards. The property is a bit dated but in almost every area the Fairmont brand & standards are totally up to date. I will definitely return. Read less

Highly recommended! Great property. Terrific staff, including the valet, bell staff, front desk, and conference food and a/v support. Very enjoyable stay - will definitely be returning. (1) Valet staff: My great experience started with the friendly and helpful greeting from Abel as I dropped off my oversized vehicle. I was a little concerned the height would have caused problems, but Abel had a 'can do' attitude and told me it would be no problem. The staff was quick to retrieve my car on checkout, in spite of the rush they had at the end of the conference I was attending. (2) Front desk: Thomas helped me with a quick and efficient check-in, and later helped by calling maintenance to replace the battery in the in-room safe. Checkout was a breeze, quickly handling a correction without a fuss. (3) Bell staff: Kevin was extremely welcoming and helpful bringing my bags up, and gave me friendly greetings by name whenever I passed by - a much appreciated personal touch. He was also quick to retrieve my bags from my room, and then from storage, even though it was a rush at the end of the conference and he was juggling many other guests at the same time. (4) Conference support: Between the food, drinks, and A/V, the staff was professional and the food was delicious. The conference seemed to go very well, knowing it is a partnership with the event organizers. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I certainly will be looking forward to future stays at this property on my next trip to Dallas. A big thanks to the terrific staff! Read less

Appreciated the grab bars in the bath tub. When we tried to leave, we turned in our car ticket at the window (really not very customer-service friendly since you have to go outside) but our car never came. When we finally checked, our ticket or name couldn’t be found. Two other staff came and tried to solve the problem. FINALLY they found our car, but it was a long wait. And we paid a lot to park at the hotel! Read less

We arrived late due to our flight being delayed. Were not greeted with friendliness nor treated as a valued Accor member even after highlighted membership and asking for late check out. Was merely told my silver status didn’t guarantee a late check out and no welcome drinks were offered. I had to prompt the staff for details on the restaurant and breakfast. We did manage to get a late check out (1:30) when I enquired with different staff member in the morning. Bar staff was more interested in talking to a colleague rather than serving the guests sitting at the bar. The fact the rooms were large was a saving grace. Read less
