268 rooms, all of which are two-chambered and divided in to two separate areas a dressing room and a bedroom by a sliding privacy doors. Packaged to the hilt with mod-cons including motion activated lighting, iconic lighted make-up mirror with vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and hand held shower-head, air-conditioning, flat-screen smart HDTV which pairs with your device, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer and iron and board. Grand Chamber King Suites have large wrap around balconies with sweeping views of Dallas. 

  • Waived Resort fees: Virgin Atlantic Holidays customers receive waived resort fees, saving $25 plus tax per night.

The worst night of sleep my wife and I have ever experienced in a hotel (or motel, for that matter). Yeah, the hip red theme is cool - but when you're shelling out this much money per night you expect, I dunno, a comfortable bed? A thin, stiff mattress with little support. Instead, we looked at each other at 5am and said "let's just go home now." The Commons Club was...whelming. Skip it and head over to The Mexican or the Meddlesome Moth instead. Read less

Excellent hotel in Dallas with great amenities, service and overall "cool". Good food and beverage service and selections and a friendly staff. And....a good pool! I will stay here again if I return to Dallas.

Deondre at the restaurant was so nice and made our first breakfast as newlyweds so pleasant. Overall great stay would highly recommend

This is a fabulous location. Everything is perfect, the rooms, common areas, meeting rooms, service, the welcoming friendly staff,... everything. Only issue is my floor and room had a constant overpowering smell of Pot for 2 of the 4 nights I was there. So strong in my room that it felt like it came from there. I assume it is either my neighbor or the air system. I am not sure what can be done about that other than enforcing a no smoking rule inside the premise. That said, Virgin will have to make a choice: Let folks smoke as much as they want or have a clean smelling hotel. Chose your customer/market segment. In the interim, I'll stick to my usual Marriott group hotel. Read less
