268 rooms, all of which are two-chambered and divided in to two separate areas a dressing room and a bedroom by a sliding privacy doors. Packaged to the hilt with mod-cons including motion activated lighting, iconic lighted make-up mirror with vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall and hand held shower-head, air-conditioning, flat-screen smart HDTV which pairs with your device, tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer and iron and board. Grand Chamber King Suites have large wrap around balconies with sweeping views of Dallas.

However, there was a terrible mildew odor in our bathroom shower area, I am assuming from some type of drainage or standing water issue. We recently had a deeply disappointing stay at the Virgin Dallas, which was a significant departure from our numerous positive experiences. Virgin has always been our go-to hotel when visiting Dallas, known for its comfortable atmosphere and excellent service. However, this stay was marred by extreme noise, chaos, and a lack of control over the environment. On Saturday night, a group of rowdy OU students completely disrupted our stay. Loud music, yelling, and even open drug use in the hallways continued throughout the night, and none of our efforts to address the situation worked. Despite asking the group to quiet down and seeking help, the chaos continued until nearly 6 AM. We were left feeling unsafe and frustrated, getting only two hours of sleep. To make matters worse, when trying to leave and put it all behind us, we had to wait outside nearly an hour for our car as the same group harassed the valet staff. This experience was entirely out of line with the high standards we’ve come to expect from Virgin. The hotel’s failure to address the situation was unacceptable, and it left us reconsidering future stays. We hope to see appropriate action taken to rectify this experience and for Virgin to repair the relationship with loyal patrons. Read less

Just checked in for the first time. Went to the bar downstairs called Bridget’s. The bartender, Troy was very friendly. Excellent service. I don’t drink alcohol, but they had my favorite non alcoholic beer served in a chilled glass. Athletic beer.

I tried 3 times to speak with a manager about our reservation while on site. I tried 3 times to speak with a manager about our reservation while on site. I called, emailed, etc. The front desk staff, while polite, acquiesced to “I do not have the ability to do that, you will have to speak with the reservation manager.” Our sink had a weird gurgle the entire time and the sink is literally in the room. Also, it was unclear that the nightly range was jumping from $546 to over $700 for the course of our reservation - really my bad on that. NOT WORTH THE $$$$ Read less
