We love this hotel! The staff always make us feel special and we enjoy coming here to Christmas shop at the Galleria. The hotel is attached to the Galleria, so we can periodically to drop off packages and rest. We sometimes get a special rate for the holidays, but even at full price the Westin, with its “heavenly bed” is the perfect resting place… Read more

The front desk agents are so rude they do not explain anything at all. Zero customer care in this place. They do not live upto the Marriott standards. I will definitely never stay here again their staff lack training and are not bothered by anything.

This hotel was nice. The room was a nice size. My biggest complaint, however, was about the bathroom. It was old and had a shower curtain and tub in it. The highlight of this property was actually the fact that it was attached to the Galleria mall which was great for some light entertainment on a day that was over 100°. This hotel was nice. The room was a nice size. My biggest complaint, however, was about the bathroom. It was old and had a shower curtain and tub in it. The highlight of this property was actually the fact that it was attached to the Galleria mall which was great for some light entertainment on a day that was over 100°. It also had some food options for lunch, which was nice. The housekeeping was very good at this property. Ingrid didn’t excellent job servicing my room. Shauna in the lounge was also very helpful and accommodating. This concierge lounge ran out of food early in the evening during the midweek nights. I think if the hotel is full, this should be gauged a bit better to accommodate all of the guests using the lounge. Also, there should be some sweet treats served later in the evening. There was one tray of cookies put out with the food and it disappeared very quickly on the two nights that I wanted something sweet. It also took several days for accounting to get back to me regarding my bill. If in this area again, I would stay here. It was a really great for a big conference. Read less

Front Desk staff were not friendly and they don't know customer service. Management are arrogant and challangeing guests. Location is excellent, and it would be very nice if the give the front desk and management classes in how to treat the guests

I am disabled and requested a room with an accessible bathroom for a wheelchair or walker and I was placed in a room with a single grab bar for the tub. I almost broke my… Read more
I give The Westin Galleria Dallas a 2 out of 5 stars for customer service. The night shift staff are rude, smart alecks, dismissive, and don't answer the phone half the time. I am disabled and requested a room with an accessible bathroom for a wheelchair or walker and I was placed in a room with a single grab bar for the tub. I almost broke my neck trying to use the shower and the tub. Since this is my second stay at this hotel and the customer service is worse each time, I have decided this is my last stay. I can go to the Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn Express for half the price and better customer service. Read less
