Housekeeping was prompt and very polite. I spoke to the Searleth one morning, she was very polite and left my room looking nice and refreshed. The interior of the room is well kept and maintained, impart to the housekeepings attention to detail. The room felt clean and tidy upon check-in and after service. The building itself is old and the room design, is slightly dated, but the cleanliness of the room makes up for the slightly dated design.
I'm not sure I feel 100% safe riding the elevators either. Although I have no specific reason to believe this, other than my own irrational fear. The elevator is wobbliy and makes quite a bit of noise. Perhaps it works perfectly fine, and I'm sure it does. But it's still scary.
I came for business and it worked for my needs. Parking was easy. Not too much traffic. No crazy riff-raff among the guests. Seems like a lot of business travel comes through this location.

Good location, wonderful facilities and tidy. Big king bed, good mattress and pillars are available. Microwave and fridge are fitted. Plenty of towels and two bottles of water provided. Opening Hotel entrance doors is required to swipe a room key. It is good practice for security purpose.

Anabel made a great work keeping my hotelroom tidy and pretty. A swan made of a towel and end of paper roll into a flower made me feel very welcome. I feel I want to stay at this hotel the next time I am in town. Central location close to convention center and nice restaurants

Great location, our room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful
There is onsite parking, but no direct lift from parking to the room.
Loved the Texas-shaped waffles for breakfast!
I want to comment a staff scarleth. She really did a good job at cleaning our room. Everything is great here
