They try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I loved how their staff was super helpful. I also liked how the lobby area was so accessible, comfy, and useful for various kinds of tasks such as getting together, working on laptop, taking coffee and so on.

The hotel was really nice, and rooms were clean! The only things that I would say bad about this hotel is that they would not let Door Dash deliver to your room. You had to go downstairs to the front desk to pick up your order once it was delivered. The tunnel was great for easy access to my employer; however, they did close the gates a little early, so it was not convenient for those that were working late to access the hotel. Valet parking is $50+ dollars per night. Read less

Good location downtown and with all the amenities for a larger conference. I particularly appreciated the pool - during my conference breaks. A good stay. All in all. Also the Shula Steakhouse (in house) is worth a visit.

Stayed here for a conference. Huge and beautiful hotel, lots of room for rest and work. But there is no free breakfast and dining options are a bit limited. Room is spacious but the beds were not as comfortable as I expected for this price.

Long needed Long weekend to get away and relax and have fun. Although the hotel was full and tons of people staying there, we never felt any different. The staff was busy but if we interacted with anyone we were completely taken care of.
