I am very impressed with the hotel, staff, and food. This is a first-class establishment that takes great care of their guest's. If you have a problem you ask someone around, staff or call for service and your problem is solved quickly.

Good place to stay. Just was not empress the first are key wouldn't work and took them a while to fix it with a new battery. Then they put us by the elevator not a fan. Then the tub wouldn't drain good it all. But other wise it was nice place

We were staying downtown to be close to the Chevron Houston Marathon. We're course officials on race day and every minute counts! The staff offered us a late check out to give us time to complete our duties, and this was much appreciated. The waitstaff were delightfully friendly as well. Hoping to see you again next year!

This location and hotel was perfect for our first time in downtown Houston. I highly recommend it. The room was clean and so was the entire hotel. The staff was very friendly as well. When I come back in a couple months I will definitely be staying here.
