My husband and I had an extremely pleasant experience. This was our first time staying at this hotel in the Houston area. Frank Perez was very accommodating as well as the front desk managers & GM. I could not find not one thing to complain about. Highly recommended.

The attention given to us was amazing. Francisco, Luz, Rolando, and MarÃa were particularly outstanding. They checked in on us, made sure we were comfortable and fed (we were there as exhibitors for a conference). They were kind and professional!

No soap in bathroom, took hours for someone to bring. Outdated room. Outlet by bed not working so couldn't charge phone.
After paying when booking they charge a made up $22 destination fee at check out.
Parking is a $35 additional charge per day.
Other hotel around that are better for same price.
