I had a delicious pasta with shrimps in an excellent restaurante (ARA) with a very tranquil environment. Also very nice pastries for breakfast. I've had them all! Extremely comfortable room with an exceptional view to the Galleria. I'd come back for sure!

This property was a hot mess... torn wallpaper, loose carpet and puckered paint on the bathroom ceiling from unattended leaks. In spite of the shoddy upkeep, there is no complimentary water or coffee in the room and... it took 30 minutes to get coffee delivered. Let's face it, rolling out of bed to a hot cup of coffee is a morning mainstay.… Read more

Room was clean, service was great, and price was unbeatable for the quality of the room. Location was good, but after arriving found out was not as convenient to the venue as expected. Location was near the Galleria, and good restaurants were in easy drive. Parking was easy, if a little expensive.

We had a few days in Houston late September early October, primarily to visit the Johnson Space Centre. This hotel was fabulous - the room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the small shop in the foyer was handy. Bar in the foyer was a great place to relax after a long day out and about. Well located to get to the Galleria for shopping, and the hotel shuttle extremely useful to get around locally in Houston's heat. If we return to Houston, this is where we will stay. Read less

The Hotel was super clean, very up scale comfy bed. The Louge and Bar was perfect with a perfect location.Valet was wonderful just be prepared to pay for self parking of 26.00 per night or 34 dollars for vallet per night.
